CrecheHQ is childcare management software made for Irish crèches, preschools and afterschool clubs. It handles the parts of the working day that are specific to Ireland: ECCE and NCS scheme deductions on every invoice, Early Years Hive imports with registration matching, and live staff-to-child ratios checked against Tusla limits for every room. Families check children in and out on a tablet kiosk that keeps working when the WiFi drops. Owners see attendance, room coverage and cash position on one dashboard. Staff rosters, leave approvals with cover impact, daily logs, transport runs with school stops, and a team chat with room channels are included from day one, along with a waitlist that takes applications from a poster QR code. Pricing is one subscription per site: €49 per month plus VAT covers 15 children, each additional child is €2, and the price is capped at €199 per month. No setup fee, no notice period. Support by phone and email from a team in Lucan, Co. Dublin.
