CREBuilder is an all-in-one commercial real estate marketing and deal platform for brokers and small teams. Create branded offering memorandums, flyers, BOVs, teasers, leasing packages, and single-property websites using property data, financials, maps, demographics, photos, and asset-specific templates. The built-in CRE CRM organizes contacts, company accounts, requirements, activity, tasks, listings, deals, and pipelines. Buyer and tenant matching connects buy boxes and space requirements to relevant opportunities. Secure Deal Rooms centralize documents, verified access, NDA signing, approvals, engagement activity, and recipient-specific PDF watermarks. Native Email Blasts let brokers build, preview, send, and track branded campaigns from the same workspace. Brokers can use CREBuilder's Listing Hub to opt eligible sale listings and land lease listings into automatic LandSearch syndication with no separate LandSearch account.
