CreatorIQ has a robust search function that is easy to use, take notes in and to refine searches to help explore vast swaths of influencers. It's easy to read and digest, as well as easy to export if you prefer looking at things in your own spreadsheets. The system is malleable and allows you to look at the data in many different ways, and gives deep insights into Influencer performance. The campaign system is also very seamless for campaign management and execution. The CIQ team is also a pleasure to work with and always down to experiment with new ideas. I wish I could upload a list of URLs into the platform and make a list from there instead of manually adding users I have outside of the platform into a list one by one, but as I use CIQ more and more it's easier to move groups of people from list to list and through campaigns. I use the platform to evaluate large groups of influencers at scale, and CIQ has made it easy to discover and ID people for dozens of different business needs, compare their performance, and easily organize them into lists to activate on and campaigns as well. It puts all the data about multiple platforms into one place so I'm not jumping back and forth between an Influencer's profiles to get an understanding of who they are and how they perform in different places. Additionally, the platform is well designed for agency use with sharability and multiple downloads of campaign status. What do you dislike about CreatorIQ? Influencer sourcing is weak. I do not use this feature at all because it is not designed well to meet creative needs and general influencer engagement. There is no open application feature to build campaigns to invite influencers to review briefing materials and share their thoughts. Overall the collaboration between influencers and the platform is non-existent. The reporting often has to be corrected, and it is weighted by organic vs. branded posts.
