Creator IQ makes many things very easy in planning influencer campaigns and has so many tools and product offerings to build, manage and track campaigns. LOVE that we can pay our creators through their platform; love the estimated media value tool in the campaign planner - very helpful in estimating how much to pay various influencers for content. Also love that the campaign planner allows you to input as much or as little information you want to share with potential candidates - you can manage as much or portions of your campaign based on preference per campaign. Also love the reports and briefs you can generate on powerpoint and PDF on the influencers that are being contemplated and/or selected for campaigns and lists. Saves a lot of time in putting together presentations. Customer support is great, very timely responses. I have to say that I really appreciate the online knowledge portal articles. CreatorIQ is a MASSIVE CRM tool, and with there being so many different ways to move data or set up lists/campaigns, you NEED to use the knowledge portal. Our success manager is incredible and very prompt with any issues/questions as well. I personally use CIQ every day, and it helps for any influencer related asks I get from various departments daily. With a massive tool such as CreatorIQ, efficient and accurate initial setup is critical. We did not get that unfortunately, but now I can say we're in a place where it works well for our use cases. CreatorIQ solves the need to keep a historical file of the influencers we work with, while eliminating a painful excel spreadsheet.
