It's a great tool for managing our influencer campaigns, from identification, vetting, campaign management, content tracking, and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No major complaints from me to share here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The exceptional support team is one of the biggest advantages of using Creator IQ, whenever I have an issue they’re incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and fast to get things fixed. The platform itself is also very intuitive, the dashboard is easy to navigate and makes managing payments seamless. I like how easy it is to pay creators and how easy it is for the money to land in our account once the funds have landed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One issue I've encountered is with the payments, when there’s an error or delay in payments, I’ve not been notified proactively. There have been a few instances where I only became aware of a problem because creators followed up about missing payments. It would be really helpful if the platform could alert users immediately when something goes wrong with a transaction so we can address it before creators have to chase us. However, the customer support team have been on hand to resolve the issues when they have arisen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that CreatorIQ offers a clear overview of influencer performance and campaign insights, making it easy to track results and measure impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At times, the platform feels a bit slow and the interface can be overwhelming, especially when navigating multiple campaigns or data sets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Creator IQ is my go-to source for reviewing creator insights. There is a plethora of information from demographics to performance data. I also really like the reporting element of CreatorIQ and the way that your performance data aggregates into a comprehensive report that can be tailored to suit your needs and can be easily shared with clients. I find CreatorIQ to be a little clunky and tricky to navigate. There is a lot of scrolling given the amount of information and it would be more helpful to see things all in one page. With this, there is a lot of clicking out to separate windows and I find I am always taking a number of steps to navigate back to where I started. Unfortunately, we are not really able to utilize CreatorIQ for creator sourcing as we find that the outputs don't quite align with the filters we put in place and what we are looking for when searching. While the customer support team is pretty helpful and responsive, we find that we are simply reaching out to support more than we'd like to be. Whether it's issues with creator payments or the data we are seeing in a report, we feel like there is always a hiccup we are trying to troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have new updates from time to time on creator data & analytics. These updates and improvements are appreciated and noticed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not have anything that I dislike at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CreatorIQ is the main platform that my agency uses for Influencer Marketing. I love how it provides access to creator's audience demographics, follower growth, performance metrics, etc. It's an easy tool to use to create one-sheets with influencer recommendations for clients and also easy for clients to review and approve/reject influencers. We also use CIQ as our main platform for reporting. We create campaigns in the CIQ dashboard for each activation and authenticate creators to track real-time analytics from the content. The depth of CIQ's interface and tracking is impressive and incredibly useful in my everyday work as an agency influencer marketing manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Analytics seems to be outdated at times which makes it hard to pull the freshest data for our clients. Some analytics are also not available for some creators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Insightful Keynotes and Panels: I loved hearing from established and industry-leading speakers on their journey and strategies.

Sufficient networking time.

Loved the workshop aspects, and had great companies running them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The venue was extremely cramped for the amount of guests. Hard to get around and a lack of charging/work stations.

Would of loved to hear more from the CIQ team in a dedicated session or maybe lunch and learn, although maybe that would cut into some networking time.

Hard to pick between some workshops and speakers, would have loved staggered times to be able to attend all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy the consistent support we have from our success team. They are always ready to help and think outside of the box when we have an idea we need support on achieving. I also love the constant new updates that make working with creators a breeze! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike some miniscule features like when I select a bulk amount of creators in a list, they remain selected when I leave the list which sometimes messes up my next task. I also wish it was simpler to run an affiliate program on instead of having to create "Campaigns" to then added thousands of creators to and slow down the platform. I also wish it was an app! I love being able to reference all content from individual influencers and being able to see individual stats per influencer and piece of content all in one hub. I think that the platform has been essential in our overall reporting structure and I couldn't do my job without it at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the sourcing of new creators was a bit more of a feature of the platform. I think that there is so much information as part of the platform, but not a seamless way to find new creators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My team and I use CreatorIQ daily to efficiently vet creators based on data and statistics. The user-friendly interface makes the software easy for our entire team to navigate. New features are introduced regularly, and the CIQ team is responsive and helpful whenever issues arise Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some creator statistics on CreatorIQ fluctuate frequently, which can make tracking consistent metrics challenging. Additionally, CIQ doesn’t currently pull average views for Instagram Reels or account for outliers in a creator’s content. A single viral video, for instance, can significantly inflate average likes and views, potentially misrepresenting a creator’s typical performance. We’re also awaiting the completion of a merger between CreatorIQ and Tribe, which has been in discussion for several years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
