Creao.ai Reviews & Product Details

CREAO is an AI agent builder platform that turns conversations into running operations. Users describe a task in plain language, the AI Agent executes it end to end in a dedicated computing environment, and successful work can be saved as a reusable AI Agent that runs on a schedule, connects to business tools, and remembers context across sessions. Most AI tools are conversation tools optimized for fast responses. CREAO is built to be an operational partner that takes action. Every request runs in its own isolated environment where the AI Agent installs tools, runs code, persists state across the full session, calls APIs, reads from and writes to business systems, and produces real outcomes: reports, spreadsheets, interactive HTML, code that runs, files delivered to the right place, messages sent, records updated, and workflows triggered downstream. Behind the scenes, the AI Agent orchestrates across multiple AI models, including Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT, choosing the right model for each task without requiring the user to pick. Users can also switch models manually in any conversation. Core capabilities include: • An AI Agent that researches, writes, analyzes, generates files, runs code, calls connected systems, and delivers usable outcomes in real time • AI Agents created from successful conversations, with structured inputs, version control, and scheduled runs that operate without supervision • Cross-session memory that captures durable context proactively, deduplicates as it grows, and recalls relevant context for each conversation • Connectors to Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Slack, GitHub, Shopify, GA4, Notion, Semrush, and many more business tools • Workspaces that organize related Agents, conversations, memory, and connections for a team or project • Skills, both built-in and custom, that extend what the AI Agent can do The platform is designed for solopreneurs, SMBs, professionals, and team leads who want to scale output without scaling headcount. Use cases range from everyday knowledge work to full operational workflows: morning briefings compiled from email and calendar, weekly analytics reports shared automatically, content pipelines that run end to end, customer research and outreach, and complete business operations like turning an inbound purchase order into a structured task breakdown, generating the bill of materials, dispatching work to the right systems and people, and tracking execution to completion. CREAO is built by a team led by CEO Kai Cheng, CTO Peter Pang (previously research scientist on Meta's Llama 3 team and multimodal models at Apple), and co-founder Clark Gao (previously data teams at LinkedIn and Tencent). The company has raised $30M in under a year.
