CraftedEX is site documentation software for trade and construction businesses. On site, staff photograph defects and dictate notes; the AI turns them into classified defect reports, measurements, time records and the daily site diary. Everything works offline and syncs once there is signal again. Eight trade profiles add the specialist depth each trade needs: electrical (DGUV V3 testing), plumbing and heating (heat load, maintenance logs), painting, roofing, construction (REB measurement, VOB), landscaping, architecture (HOAI fees, construction supervision) and carpentry. Findings that are safety-critical always require confirmation by a qualified person before they count as documented. Records are sealed in a tamper-evident hash chain for audit-proof documentation. The app runs in 12 languages, is hosted in Germany and is GDPR-compliant.
