## Coworker Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is Coworker free, or does it offer a free trial?

Coworker does not offer a permanent free plan, but it does provide a free trial that lets users to test the product before committing to a paid plan. Trial availability and duration may vary, so users should review the seller's official pricing page for the most current details.

How much does Coworker cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Coworker pricing in 2026 starts at $29.99 and can reach $149.99 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Coworker.ai's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Coworker pricing best suited for?

Coworker's pricing is best suited for mid-market operations, engineering, and customer-facing teams (51–1,000 employees) that work across fragmented tool stacks. G2 reviewers from IT services, computer software, broadcast media, and public safety all cite the same core need: unified context across Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Google Drive, and CRM without manual stitching. Standard at $29.99/month fits individuals or small teams with moderate query volume. Max at $149.99/month suits power users running scheduled agents, sprint summaries, and incident postmortems at scale. Small businesses in IT and marketing also appear prominently in G2 reviews, particularly for customer intelligence and pre-call account briefing workflows. Enterprise is appropriate for org-wide rollouts requiring custom deployment.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Coworker?

Coworker offers a 7-day free trial with 500 credits — enough for initial evaluation but not sustained daily use. Coworker's paid plans start at $29.99/month (Standard, 1,200 credits) and scale to $149.99/month (Max, 7,500 credits). G2 reviewers highlight credit limits as the primary constraint, with users reporting they hit caps mid-task during active use. The jump from trial to Standard delivers 2.4x more credits; Max delivers 15x. Enterprise pricing is custom, covering dedicated support and implementation. No permanent free tier exists — teams needing ongoing cross-tool orchestration across Slack, Jira, Salesforce, and Google Drive will need a paid Coworker plan to sustain meaningful usage.

Is Coworker considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers rate Coworker at 4.5–5.0 across segments, signaling strong perceived value. The core payoff cited repeatedly is collapsing multi-tool context gathering — Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Google Drive, CRM — into a single query, with reviewers describing time savings from 20-minute manual searches to 30 seconds. The main friction point is credit limits: G2 users note hitting token caps mid-task disrupts flow, which makes tier selection critical. At $29.99/month for Standard and $149.99/month for Max, Coworker's pricing rewards heavy users who build reusable agents and workflows. One reviewer noted Coworker's scheduled agents replaced a separate paid tool entirely, reinforcing the value case for mid-market teams.

"Coworker Makes Jira, GitHub, and Slack Context Instantly Searchable"

5/5

What do you like best about Coworker?

We mainly use Coworker to pull context from Jira, GitHub, and Slack. When someone asks why a decision was made or what the status of a project is, I can usually get an answer instantly instead of chasing people down. It ties together conversations, PRs, and tickets into something that’s actually useful and easy to reference. I’ve also used the deep work mode for sprint summaries, post-mortems, and architecture notes, which saves a lot of manual effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coworker?

Sometimes the AI feels a bit too cautious when it isn’t fully confident about an answer. I’d prefer it to give the best possible response anyway, while clearly noting any uncertainty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coworker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Coworker helps reduce knowledge gaps across teams and makes onboarding smoother for new engineers. It also cuts down on the time we spend tracking decisions across different projects and channels. We began seeing real value within just a few weeks of using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Adoption and Consistent Outputs with Coworker’s Memory System"

4/5

What do you like best about Coworker?

I lead digital transformation at my company and a big part of that job is making sure new tools actually get adopted, not just deployed. Coworker has been one of the easier ones to champion because the value shows up pretty quickly for most people. You can connect it to the tools your team is already using and it starts surfacing useful context right away.

The memory system is also something I've found genuinely useful. You can train Coworker to know things about how your team operates, your communication style, what you want it to avoid. It sounds simple but it adds up over time and makes the outputs much more consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coworker?

The rollout process takes some coordination. Getting all the right data sources connected, getting people to authenticate their individual accounts, making sure the organizational memory is populated correctly before you scale to everyone. It's not hard but it does require someone to own it, and that person has to be comfortable holding others accountable to the setup steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coworker solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're a large organization with a lot of different teams, systems, and ways of working. The challenge has always been that knowledge is fragmented. Things that one team knows don't make their way to another. Institutional context lives in people's heads or in documents that nobody can find.

Coworker helps with that in a way I haven't seen other tools do. It's not just search. It's actually pulling in context from across Slack, meetings, Google Drive, and other systems and giving you a coherent answer. That's been especially useful when we're onboarding new employees or when someone needs to get up to speed quickly on a project they weren't part of from the start.

The agents piece is also becoming more important to us. Monthly performance summaries, compiling channel data, writing trend narratives. Coworker can take a meaningful chunk of that off team members' plates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
