On syncing to your address book: we now support Outlook and Google Contacts integration, so contacts can go straight to an address book without a manual download step. Direct phone address book sync isn't there yet, but thanks for the feedback, it's a good one to have on our radar.

On recording a contact and adding notes together: happy to share that you can already do this. Tap the arrow on the scan button to see additional capture methods, including voice, where you can record contact details and notes at the same time. Hope you get a chance to try it!

On saving to contacts: you don't need to keep everything within Covve. Connect Google Contacts or Outlook 365 under Settings → Integrations, then turn on "Auto export new leads to CRM". Despite the name it covers both of those contact lists, not just the CRMs, and every card you scan syncs straight into your contacts with no extra steps. The setting appears once an integration is connected. If it's there but greyed out, write to us at support@covve.com and we'll look into it with you.

We're also passing the save-flow feedback along internally for improvement.
