"Time-Saving Tool for Effortless Business Card Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Covve?

I use Covve for trade shows to capture business card information, and it saves me five to ten hours per show. Instead of manually typing every card into my CRM, I scan them, export the data, and upload it seamlessly. It's a game changer. The app does a fantastic job of capturing data, and the microphone feature allows me to record notes about each interaction, which is really helpful. The setup was super easy—honestly, a five-year-old could do it. After trying the two-week free trial, I was impressed and quickly signed up for a monthly membership because it's amazing. I even ended up recommending it to everyone I meet at trade shows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

There is nothing I dislike. I recommend it to everyone. I love the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thank you for this review, Sunil. Saving five to ten hours per trade show is exactly the kind of impact we built Covve for, and we're glad the notes feature is helping too. We appreciate you recommending us to others out there.

"Efficient Contact Management with Top-Notch OCR"
4/5
What do you like best about Covve?

I find Covve incredibly useful for speeding up the input of business cards and email signatures, which saves me a lot of time and helps organize contacts and company information seamlessly. Its ability to read and optically recognize data from business cards is fantastic, eliminating the need to type and reducing typographical errors. The synchronization of this information with the contact list on my phone is invaluable. I have used several business card scanning devices, but Covve excels in character recognition from both business cards and email signature boxes, saving me time and effort. Previously, I needed to employ someone part-time just to enter information after trade shows and business trips, but now, I can effortlessly scan that data myself. It's great that the tool accurately captures data, places it in the right fields, and synchronizes it with my phone contacts. The OCR capabilities in Covve are much better than other solutions I've tried. Setup was extremely easy, taking only a few minutes even with creating custom fields for data tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

I wish Covve had higher accuracy when capturing and organizing details from business cards or signature blocks, as it's not always perfect, and sometimes the fields are incorrect due to how a card is designed. Also, I'd like more export capabilities, like exporting data into a CSV or Excel file, which I haven't been able to find yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thank you for sharing your experience! Really glad Covve has taken the data entry off your hands after trade shows and business trips, with almost no setup to get there.

On cards with unusual layouts: we appreciate the feedback, it helps guide where we grow next.

On exporting to CSV or Excel: there are a couple of ways to do this, from the Menu or by selecting one or multiple contacts in your list and tapping 'Export'. Attaching a quick guide from our knowledge base in case you need further guidance.

"Exceptionally Accurate AI Business Card Scanning with Seamless Contact Sync"
4/5
What do you like best about Covve?

Its AI-driven business card scanning feature is exceptionally accurate. It automatically extracts key details like names, job titles, phone numbers, and email addresses with high precision, even supporting multi-language cards like Japanese. It seamlessly syncs this data directly into contacts, making relationship management effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

The multi-language OCR accuracy could be improved. It often struggles to scan non-English business cards correctly, particularly with Japanese cards, which frequently results in missing or incorrect information. Overall, the functionality is decent, but I feel the pricing is a bit high. It would be great if there were more reasonable pricing plans available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thank you for this review! Glad to hear the scanning accuracy and contact sync are working well for your team. On multi-language OCR, particularly Japanese cards, and on pricing: we appreciate the feedback and take it into account as we shape what's next.

"Effortless Card Scanning with Room for Accuracy Improvements"
3/5
What do you like best about Covve?

I really like how Covve makes it easy to store data by snapping a picture of a business card and quickly translating it into information. This feature means I don't have to carry around business cards anymore, and I can store contact info in an app. The initial setup was also easy, which was a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

The accuracy is sometimes a little off, and the app doesn't flag you if a "snap" is misinterpreted or incomplete/incorrect. I've had issues with names of companies versus contact names being swapped, phone numbers being incomplete, and emails having typos like confusing a lowercase 'l' for a capital 'I'. Importing contacts from the app to phone contacts or email is also a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thanks for your review! Great to hear that snapping a card and having the details land in the app means you're not carrying them around anymore.

On the accuracy: you're right that we don't flag a scan that comes back incomplete or misread. We appreciate the feedback, it helps guide where we build next.

On importing to your phone or email: we've recently added Outlook 365 and Google Contacts sync, which should help here. Connect either under Settings → Integrations and your scanned contacts go across to that account, so they're there when you go to write an email. Saving to your phone is still one card at a time, from the contact screen.

What do you dislike about Covve?

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thank you for your review, Raj. Great to hear the scans are coming through clean enough to use as they are and making business card management easier for you.

On saving to contacts: we appreciate the feedback, it helps guide where we build next. If it would be useful in the meantime, Covve can sync new scans to Google Contacts or Outlook 365 once one is connected under Settings → Integrations, and our support team is happy to help you set that up.

"Reliable Card Scanning with Minor Improvement Needed"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Covve?

I really like Covve's fast and highly accurate optical character recognition engine, which parses information from business cards more reliably than competitor apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

The main issue I have with Covve is the card scanning process. Currently, cards must be scanned one by one, which can be time-consuming when dealing with a lot of business cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thank you for sharing your experience, Kenton. Great to hear Covve is reliable by reading your cards quickly and accurately, saving you time on manual entries and keeping your contacts organized without the paper.

On bulk scanning: this is useful input for what we build next, thank you for raising it.

"Effortless Contact Management with Easy Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Covve?

I like the ease of use of using my phone's camera to scan business cards automatically. I like that once the card is scanned, the contact details from name, title, company, email, phone are all recorded in the correct slots. I also like the fact that you can record both front and back of someone's business card. Scanning both in front and back of the business card allows to capture all details about the contact and the option to synchronize them to my phone and or share them back with the contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

Nothing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thank you for your review! Good to hear a card goes in with one photo and comes out properly filled in, ready to sync to your CRM or save to your phone. And that sending your details back to the people you meet is proving useful.

I appreciate how Covve solves the clutter and inefficiencies of managing business cards during events. The fast iOS card scanner is great and works smoothly, allowing me to record contact details without disrupting conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

"Accurate Scanner, Needs Interface Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Covve?

I really like Covve's card scanner, which is surprisingly forgiving even if I scan a business card upside down or at an angle during busy events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

My main complaint is that the text font inside the app editing screen is on the smaller side, which makes reviewing and fine-tuning scan field details a bit painful on the phone screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thanks for your review, Gilda. Glad to hear the scanner's holding up even on oddly angled cards, and that it's cutting out manual entry so post-event outreach is quicker to get to.

On font size in the editing screen: we appreciate the feedback, it helps guide where we build next.

"Covve: Accurate Card Scanning, Needs Permission Fix"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Covve?

I like Covve's outstanding card scanning accuracy, especially for non-Latin scripts, which makes it easy to scan both Japanese and English sides of a card and accurately parse names, job titles, and addresses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Covve?

I ran into an administrative permissions issue after resetting a work phone, where account rights got messed up and required intervention to restore proper admin settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Melina Kontou of Covve

Thanks for your review Deanna. Really glad the scans are coming through accurately on both the Japanese and English sides of a card, and that Covve is keeping your team's event contacts in one place across a global business.

On the permissions issue after the phone reset: glad that one got sorted, and our support team can put admin rights back quickly if anything similar ever comes up.
