DPP ones are extremely convenient but not all partners are able to start with the required numbers. Not 5 days after implementing it, we had a customer call that deleted a whole set of folders from Outlook. The system is more reliable and requires less maintenance than all other backup products. Additionally, the support team is top-notch. They have gone above and beyond expectations multiple times to helpus resolve any issues we have had. **What do you dislike about Cove Data Protection?** It doesn't detract from my overall satisifaction with the product, but it would be nice to have a local-only backup option for systems with very slow or metered Internet connections. **What problems is Cove Data Protection solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cove Data Protection helps us back up client workstations evern when not located in central location. The online backup ensures systems are backed up even when working remotely or moving between sites. Support for the product is fast and easy. **What do you dislike about Cove Data Protection?** I dont like how it errors out on certain temp files and gives notifications that say incomplete but they really did comlpete minus those temp files that dont matter.
