Costruzio Reviews & Product Details

Costruzio is quoting software for tradespeople and small building and installation firms based in Italy. You use it on your phone, on site too. It's in Italian, and it's for businesses with an Italian VAT number. Pick your trade from more than 150, tap the work phases you do and enter quantities and prices: your price list builds up as you work. You can also type or dictate the job in your own words, and the AI assistant splits it into quote items for you to check. Costruzio works out VAT at 22, 10 or 4%, the Italian rule on significant goods, stamp duty and withholding tax, for the tax regime you set once: flat-rate (forfettario), minimi or ordinary. You send the client a link on WhatsApp. They open the quote on their phone and say yes with a tap, and you see when they opened it. After the yes you track the deposit, progress payments and balance, and reminders go out by themselves if you switch them on. Without signal you keep working: what you write stays on the phone and syncs when the network returns. Free to start: 3 quotes a month, no card. Standard costs €12 per month, or €120 per year (the price of ten months); Pro costs €19 per month, or €190 per year. Prices are final: Costruzio currently invoices under Italy's flat-rate scheme (regime forfettario), so no VAT is charged, and we cover any stamp duty. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the month paid; yearly plans are a single payment and don't renew automatically.
