CosmikERP is an AI-native ERP for general trading, distribution, project supply and manufacturing businesses in the UAE. It is built for companies that have outgrown Excel, Tally or basic accounting software and want their whole trading cycle in one system. Inquiry, quotation, sales order, purchasing, goods receipt, inventory, dispatch, tax invoice and payment all run on one platform, and each step is built from the one before, so nothing is typed twice. Landed cost and margin are calculated on every quotation, supplier quotes are compared side by side across currencies, and every figure links back to the documents behind it. Cosmik, CosmikERP's built-in intelligence, reads inquiry emails, BOQs, supplier quotes and customer POs and turns them into drafts for your team to review. It suggests bank reconciliation matches, flags quotes below their margin floor, and answers questions about your business in English or Arabic. Nothing is posted without a person approving it, and every action is logged. CosmikERP is ready for UAE e-invoicing: PINT AE invoices and credit notes are generated from the documents you already raise, validated before sending, and delivered through the FTA-accredited service provider you choose. Pricing is one yearly agreement with no per-user fees, so the whole company can use it. Each customer runs on its own dedicated database, in the cloud or on-premises. Migration from Zoho Books, ERPNext or spreadsheets is included in scope.
