One area for improvement is having more examples and exercises tailored to different industries and individual sales situations. Some concepts can feel repetitive at times, but the repetition does help reinforce the fundamentals. Growth Genie helped us to build a BDR strategy with playbooks and cadences. In order to implement this strategy they were training the team with various workshops and implemented individual coaching sessions.
