Corten Technologoies Reviews & Product Details

Corten is construction management software built for small and mid-size general contractors and subcontractors — from a one-person shop to a ~20-person office. It runs the entire job cycle in one place: bids, estimates, proposals, budgets, schedules, invoices, and change orders. What sets Corten apart is automation. Most construction management platforms still rely on heavy manual data entry — someone keys sub bids, vendor pricing, and scope into the system by hand, screen after screen. Corten's built-in AI reads the documents contractors already have — subcontractor proposals, quotes from locally sourced vendors, receipts, timesheets, invoices, and drawings — and automatically loads that data into the right place across the workflow. Sub quotes flow into trade worksheets and roll up to the bid sheet, and the proposal drafts itself from your winning numbers, with scope written from your subs' quotes. Everything is queued for review, so your team checks the work instead of doing the data entry. Because every stage is connected, you enter information once and it flows from bid to proposal, budget, schedule, and invoice. Estimates convert to jobs, jobs generate invoices, and approved change orders roll into the budget automatically. Field crews update tasks, punch lists (with photo uploads), daily logs, and RFIs from any phone or tablet, with SMS reminders that keep jobs on schedule. The AI is included on every plan at no extra cost — there is no separate AI add-on. Corten is browser-based, deploys in minutes rather than a months-long rollout, and enforces per-company data isolation at the database level with role-based access control. Compared to enterprise-focused tools, Corten is the automation-first option for small and mid-size contractors, with published pricing from $99/month and a 14-day free trial that includes full AI.
