Sub quotes flow into trade worksheets and roll up to the bid sheet, and the proposal drafts itself from your winning numbers, with scope written from your subs' quotes. Everything is queued for review, so your team checks the work instead of doing the data entry. Because every stage is connected, you enter information once and it flows from bid to proposal, budget, schedule, and invoice. Estimates convert to jobs, jobs generate invoices, and approved change orders roll into the budget automatically. Field crews update tasks, punch lists (with photo uploads), daily logs, and RFIs from any phone or tablet, with SMS reminders that keep jobs on schedule. The AI is included on every plan at no extra cost — there is no separate AI add-on.
