Because every stage is connected, you enter information once and it flows from bid to proposal, budget, schedule, and invoice. Estimates convert to jobs, jobs generate invoices, and approved change orders roll into the budget automatically. Field crews update tasks, punch lists (with photo uploads), daily logs, and RFIs from any phone or tablet, with SMS reminders that keep jobs on schedule. The AI is included on every plan at no extra cost — there is no separate AI add-on. Corten is browser-based, deploys in minutes rather than a months-long rollout, and enforces per-company data isolation at the database level with role-based access control.
