Is Corpay Spend Management free, or does it offer a free trial?

Who is Corpay Spend Management pricing best suited for?

Corpay Complete's pricing is best suited for mid-market and enterprise organizations with high AP payment volumes seeking to convert check-based workflows to electronic payments and generate rebate revenue from virtual card spend. G2 reviewers from education, healthcare, hospitality, construction, and professional services sectors dominate the review base, with mid-market firms of 51 to 1,000 employees representing the most satisfied segment. Organizations already using ERPs like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Dynamics GP, or Blackbaud benefit most from Corpay Complete's integration capabilities. G2 reviews suggest smaller businesses with low payment volumes or tight cash flow timelines, particularly those dependent on fast ACH setup, experience the most friction with Corpay Complete's pricing and onboarding model.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Corpay Spend Management?

Corpay Complete's pricing structure on G2 lists no free tier, free trial, or published pricing tiers. Corpay Complete operates exclusively on custom enterprise quotes. According to G2's pricing data for Corpay Complete, all access is negotiated directly, meaning feature availability, rebate structures, payment method options, and integration support are determined contractually rather than through self-serve tier selection. G2 reviewers note that pricing terms, including monthly platform fees layered on top of per-transaction costs, are not always transparently communicated upfront, with at least one reviewer flagging surprise fees post-contract. Prospective buyers should request full fee schedules, including platform, ACH, check, and card payment costs, before signing.

Is Corpay Spend Management considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Corpay Complete broadly indicate strong value, particularly through the virtual card rebate program, which multiple reviewers across mid-market and enterprise segments describe as offsetting or exceeding processing costs entirely. One enterprise accounting reviewer noted rebates of roughly $120k annually. However, G2 reviews also surface notable value concerns: one mid-market accounting reviewer flagged undisclosed monthly fees and misleading cost communications, and an enterprise medical practice reviewer reported five months without promised rebate delivery. Onboarding complexity and ERP integration issues, particularly with NetSuite, add hidden cost in implementation time. For organizations where rebate volume is high, Corpay Complete's pricing delivers measurable ROI; for smaller or lower-volume AP operations, value is less consistent.

"Effortless Vendor Payments, Exceptional Support"

What do you like best about Corpay Spend Management?

I find Corpay Spend Management extremely easy to use and very safe for our company. I appreciate how fast payments are submitted and how issues that are submitted by email are replied to quickly and professionally. The support team is very nice and professional, which adds substantial value for our company. The setup was also very easy and straightforward, making it simple to understand and use right from the start. Overall, these features save us a lot of time in processing payments and handling signatures, especially when bank signature employees are out of the office. What do you dislike about Corpay Spend Management?

Some improvements could be made when Corpay changes payment methods to MasterCard. They should contact vendors to ensure there are no attached fees, as that could cause issues. If Corpay is willing to cover the fees on MasterCard transactions that vendors charge, or devise a plan to switch vendors to MasterCard only when there are no transaction fees, it would be better. "Efficient and Easy to Use, but Expensive for Small Businesses"
4/5
What do you like best about Corpay Spend Management?

The automated apps and workflows make expense management simple and efficient, with very little manual administration required. I also find the overall process intuitive and well structured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corpay Spend Management?

The main downside for me is the cost. For a smaller business with relatively few expenses each month, the service can feel a little expensive compared with the actual usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
