Core Registration Reviews & Product Details

Core Registration is a registration and operations platform designed for camps, schools, clubs, and organizations that run programs and events. It brings enrollment, payments, participant information, staff coordination, and communications into one connected system, helping teams spend less time managing administrative work. Core’s tools cover the participant journey from initial sign-up through arrival and daily operations. Features include customizable registration forms, electronic signatures, online payments and payment plans, rosters, medical information management, check-in, staff management, family communications, photo sharing, and reporting. Connected records help teams reduce duplicate data entry and keep information consistent across departments. Built from firsthand operational frustrations and input from people in the industry, Core focuses on the challenges of running programs: scattered information, disconnected tools, complicated reporting, and repetitive tasks. Its goal is to give administrators a clearer view of their operations while creating an easier experience for participants, families, and staff. Core’s approach combines unified operations, AI-assisted tools, and a focus on affordability. The aim is straightforward: make running programs easier while delivering better software at a price that makes sense. Core Registration is preparing for a 2027 launch and is currently inviting organizations to explore demonstrations and launch-partner opportunities.
