I would love to be able to create responsive macros that can include a pdf function! The only thing I wish would be that there was a tab for all the leads in the account. **What problems is Copernica solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Accelerator is incredibly valuable. It also helped me navigate that cold email world with training and community. Plus they let you know exactly when your email is hot and you get the feeling that it's not robotic. and the price is very good in my opinion. ### 2. It provides multiple templates to easily manage the sending of pre-processed emails according to each situation. **What do you dislike about Copernica?** At the beginning, it can be difficult to understand the function of each tool and it does not provide the necessary tutorials or demonstrations to correctly understand its use. The process of updating the customer list database is not automated at all, and manually viewing and updating each list can be annoying. The process of removing customers from a particular campaign can be complicated because it does not provide an effective search system to remove users from all registered user campaigns. It is necessary to review activities activity by activity so that they can be removed from each activity.
