The customer service is unhelpful. The subscription renews without warning. Cancelling is not as straight forward as it should be and they force you to give feedback before allowing you to cancel your subscription.

For no good reason a subscription must be cancelled at least 30 days before renewal or you have to pay for a full extra year.

What I like about Cookie Information is that it can be integrated in a web application in a very easy and fast way. The only thing I had to fight with was switching language dynamically. My project is a SPA with a language dropdown which allows changing the language without refreshing the page, and it was really hard (although not impossible) to refresh Cookie Information's language dynamically.

I don't think the solution is fully compliant. There are some errors in the system, which makes it impossible for me as a client, to be fully compliant. But I think they are working on it, but tbh, it's is too slow. They are a big company and have been on the market for years and selling their solutions to really big firms. Cookie information includes a robust set of options to control your site's cookies. It includes preset categories like functional, analytic and marketing. It offers a good set of options to manage and categorize your cookies to these categories. There is also a very good API to create custom functionalities with integration to CMS's.
