What do you like best about Convesio?

Working with Convesio has been an outstanding experience. They have a team of experts who are not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly accessible. Every time I faced an issue, they treated it as if it were their own, providing dedicated and personalized support. "A company that goes out of it's way to help to you reach your goals."

What do you like best about Convesio?

What does it say about a company when even the CEO goes out of his way to help you? I can't say enough good things about the help I personally received from the President Tom Fanelli. I attended a webinar that he spoke at and afterward reached out to see if he could give me some advice on ways we could speed up the page load times of our website. I was frustrated because I was getting nowhere with our website agency and only excuses as to why our website was slow.

Within minutes of sending my email, Tom returned my request and jumped on a call to help (I'm not even his client and he's doing this). That's unheard of in today's world. Especially having the CEO himself reach out and help. He easily could have ignored me or fobbed me off to some lower- level team member. But he quickly had me on a call and within about 20 mins. he had quickly upgraded the speed and load times of our website.

As I said, we aren't even a client of Convesio.com. But you can bet that if this is how he treats non-clients, we'll be switching to his hosting service very soon.

Tom, thank you again for your assistance. What has been ongoing month's worth of frustration with no good answers from web agencies, you were able to clear up within minutes. And that's all without having the experience of your award winning hosting services.

"Great service, reliable hosting, knowledgable staff"

What do you like best about Convesio?

Thanks to the container technology used in there hosting service, my sites downtime has been almost zero.

When I have had small hiccups with my sitem their staff were able to resolve those issues instantly, in a fast and efficient manner.

The best part is that if you need multiple people to assist, say tech support and billing, they are able to deal with the whole issue in a single chat instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convesio?

Once or twice I have spotted billing irregularities on my account, but after a quick e-mail or webchat the whole thing gets resolved really quickly. Not really a negative in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Convesio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had an issue with billing due to excess data usage, so I decided to sftp into my account, but something had changed server side and I couldn't log in.

"I'm really enjoying using Convesio platform for several years now."

What do you like best about Convesio?

We moved our site from 1&1 to Convesio about 10 months ago and have been very happy. We immediately had a significant boost in speed and performance and as part of the package we now have enterprise Cloudflare included, so our security features are very good. Some of the features we like best include:

1. Speed and performance

2. Automated malware scanning and removal

3. Integrated Enterprise Cloudflare

4. Support is amazing!

Convesio also offers light development support and pro services including security audits, and page speed optimization. We don't really have expertise in these areas, so it's nice to know that we have the ability to engage for these services if we need them. Their support is also very knowledgable and available what feels like all day and night. What do you dislike about Convesio?

They are only WordPress hosting, I wish I could host my non WordPress projects. This is not a huge issue for us as we are using WordPress most of the time, but if you have a site that uses WordPress and a php application, Convesio is not really designed for outside applications, database tables, etc. Everything revolves around WordPress and it is tightly integrated. What do you like best about Convesio?

We do live events, virtual and hybrid. Convesio has given us all the scalability and high-availability on offer from AWS and Google with virtually none of the technical headache that'd come along with it.

New sites are launched in a snap, tailored to our needs, and are capable of handling a few, or many thousands of attendees.

"Convesio Hosting Meets Demand for High Volume Project"

What do you like best about Convesio?

We provide a seasonal promotional portal to our client that is available for a limited time that receives a very high volume of visitors. For the last promotion a few weeks before the launch, it was decided to find a solution that would perform better than our dedicated servers. They include a lot of key features free that cost way more on other platforms.

They are lightning fast. We used to have all kinds of speed issues that have gone away.

"The best Wordpress Hosting I have ever used"

What do you like best about Convesio?

First and foremost the overall performance and speed Convesio hosting provides is amazing. I moved my 50+ agency websites from WP Engine to Convesio and immediately saw performance increases in TTFB, On Load and Fully load times. Their support is exceptionally good, helping me with issues that they have no obligation to. They monitor all of my sites for downtime and message me if a plugin breaks a site. The offer optimization services and have multiple partnerships allowing me to use enterprise services for a fraction of the price. They offer auto backups and free SSL as well, very nice features. What do you dislike about Convesio?

Really only 1 thing, but they are working on adding this, staging and dev environments to sync changes to live. They are working on this feature though, but it would be extremely beneficial to have now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting myself apart from my competition, I offer the very best Wordpress hosting for my clients, my competition uses cheap hosts, without any features, Convesio helps me in the sense of offering my clients a more premium product.
