I like that projects can be linked across multiple pages, such as data sheets are immediately linked with graphs and presentation formats. What do you dislike about Contruent Enterprise (formerly ARES PRISM)? There is a certain inflexibility with data input in relation to graph presentation. In order to achieve a specific X-Y graph format, the data must be input specifically. Versus in excel, you would be able to format the graph regardless of how the data was input. You can really tell that PRISM was designed by people who understand cost control and cost management. Unlike other systems that are subsets of financial system, this system really delivers what a cost system should. What problems is Contruent Enterprise (formerly ARES PRISM) solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to quickly upload and download information is definitely one of its strengths. I've seen many systems that are enormously time consuming to use and input data. PRISM’s strength is that updating takes a relatively short time and you can use less resources that normal to drive the system. That means we spend more time analyzing and controlling.
