**What do you like best about Continually?**

For sure, I like the no-code chat builder, along with the integration with CRM and workflows.

I dislike the limited AI understanding of Continually

Continually is useful for sending captured data directly into mailing lists, CRM and other platforms

**What do you like best about Continually?**

It's a decent chatbot builder. They feature pretty good integrations and an easy drag and drop builder.

**What do you dislike about Continually?**

They are engaged in false advertising. They began selling a plan called "business plan" which includes access to Google Analytics. They are refusing to honour their deal which promised a Google Analytics integration. They will not allow clients to use Google Analyitcs who purchased plans that were advertised to have this feature.

**What problems is Continually solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Continually to create a more interactive means to engage visitors, using chat bots, which in some cases is better than a form.

**What do you like best about Continually?**

"Continual.ly" is the only chatbot that gave an excellent free tier when I looked for it.
Also, creating chatbots is genuinely idiot-proof. I managed to explain in a couple of minutes to less "technical" colleagues how to use it and customize the flow in no time.
And the ability to switch from BOT to Human chat with a single click it's AMAZING.

**What do you dislike about Continually?**

I don't have anything to complain about except one thing, after the free tier, the "Starter" tier, is too expensive in my honest opinion; 19 pounds per month is a bit too much when you barely get 5000 page views.

Of course, the ability to remove the branding is handy, and sending data to custom APIs too, but it's still too expensive when you are working on small websites, a price reduction would be nice

**Recommendations to others considering Continually:**

I suggest giving it a try on its free tier, is really good, and simple to use.

**What problems is Continually solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continually solves the problem of having an easy-to-use and configurable chatbot. It has increased the number of leads my previous company had. 
Also made it easier to interact with interested customers via the ability to switch from bot to human chat.

**What do you like best about Continually?**

The product works smoothly, is user-friendly, interesting and enjoyable to set up, easy to figure out, simple to implement.

**What do you dislike about Continually?**

Super untrustworthy!!!!!

Customer service is eh. My issue is that I paid early on to support the product, and then later, they removed the features that I paid to have and said, "it's not part of your plan".

They tried to say that the feature was never available for me even though I have chatbots that currently have the features they removed from selection.

They literally just straight up lied.

Simple and effective but consider alternatives..

I was using Continual.ly rather often with my website for leads and traffic until they removed several of the features I initially had availalbe.

**What do you like best about Continually?**

◘ I love the interface on this app! I think it's one of the best ones that I've experienced. They really did an excellent job with making navigation intuitive, and loading times are super fast. 
◘ It's a minimalistic and powerful app.
◘ With total control over the design, placement, timing, and appearance of your content, you can make sure it is shown exactly how you want.
◘ Subaccounts make it flexible and mean you can manage multiple brands
◘ This is a great bargain and saves so much time! Cname setup takes about 1 minute.
◘ Ease of use: chatbots are very intelligent and simple to set up.
◘ Running the bots on a blog doesn't need to be complicated! Just add a single line of code or the WordPress plugin, and you'll have your bot up and running in no time!
◘ Exceptional features to segment your visitors and convert them into leads/customers
◘ Additionally, they offer excellent support. I wanted to update my main domain, and the support team replied quickly and fixed it for me.

**What do you dislike about Continually?**

◘ Sub-account page views cannot be limited, meaning that, theoretically, if one of them launches a massive marketing campaign, all your master account views would disappear.
◘ Currently, sub-accounts can freely invite new members; this is worrying about adding to your seat count. However, you can enter the sub-account and remove it.

I am a big supporter and believer in Continual.ly. I'm also super happy with it and believe it will only get better in the future.

It helps me engage visitors, book meetings, and capture leads with live chat and bots.

Live chat and bots are great tools for businesses to engage with visitors, book meetings, and capture leads. The most common goal is to help visitors find what they're looking for by asking questions or searching the site. I also use it as live chat to offer customer service and answer questions.

Ease of use. Simplicity at its best.
Easy to setup - Just add a single line of code to your website and you are all set.
The option of duplicating a bot is very helpful.
A well balanced and powerfully simple Tool.

Not much that I came across. I have used this app for a couple of my SMB client's sites and they are really happy.

We have automated most of the common questions asked by customers on the website's chat. This has reduced the support team's stress to answer the same questions to multiple customers.

**What do you like best about Continually?**

Continually has many great functionalities to segment your visitors and turn them into hot leads/customers.
I have tested several chatbots in the past, but I have to say that Continually is the most accessible chatbot to deploy. And besides, very intelligent.
Drag and drop and set a set of rules and accomplish almost anything you want on your website.
Just add a single line of code or the WP plugin, and you are ready to go.
If you want to succeed in getting leads and lots of sales, this app is for you.

**What do you dislike about Continually?**

Email/SMTP  the emails should be from the master account sending domain.

**Recommendations to others considering Continually:**

I would recommend this for any website that wants to automate lead capture with questions and enjoys using conditional logic as it has it!

If you are looking for a smart and easy to deploy an application that offers you both a Bot and Live chat + a mobile application + landing page, then go ahead Continually is for you

Great for chatbot automation, very easy-to-use visual workflow feature. Very responsive team.

**What do you dislike about Continually?**

We use it with Zapier quite heavily and the way it passes data to Zapier is quite complex with limited flexibility.

**What problems is Continually solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted an Intercom alternative that works wells with our workflow.
We're happy with this as an alternative and it's also more affordable.

Continually is easy to configure, and it does an excellent job in capturing leads.

I have not found a thing that I don't like yet.

I capture more leads on my landing pages. Transfer this leads to other applications througn an API.

It is very easy to use and visualize especially for someone that is not technically savvy/

At this time I really haven't found anything to dislike

From my basic experience, this was one of the easiest to use and understand and easy to install on my WordPress website

Keeping people on my webpage and answering questions that they might have.

What I learned is that people prefer to use a chatbot these days to learn more before they commit to a phone call, so they interact with it

**What do you like best about Continually?**

With Continually you can create chatbot and capture leads, with the customer profile.

Continually added new features like conditional login for device and geo, Live Chat (earlier it was available on Slack), FullScreen bot, custom domain for the landing page.

Another good thing is that You can integrate with your business software like calendar, email marketing software like MailChimp, MailJet.

You can also embed GIFs in a chatbot,  to connect with your customer with the right expression and correct message. 

Multiple team members per account are really helpful for the large website with different departments.

**What do you dislike about Continually?**

Pageviews per month for the Basic plan is very low, currently, it is 10k it should be around 25k, which is good for some website.

**Recommendations to others considering Continually:**

I would recommend to go with higher plans and make sure your developer integrate code properly so, the site does not get slow.

**What problems is Continually solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regular Email Capture popup does not perform well now a days, with ChatBot it is really easy to capture leader with customer profile details.

Customer service is one of the worst I've encountered, Be careful of hitting limits, I did and I got my account revoked.

be careful of hitting limits, they arent as resonsive as other software and can revoke your license at anytime.

no benefits..  if the customer service will not support and help you, what is the use in using the product?

I love how my plan includes BOTH live chat AND bots.

**What do you dislike about Continually?**

I would like them to improve their mobile app. There's been a recent update so it's getting better.

i love being able to set up chat paths so a customer can come and chat with my bot and get as much information as they need without me physically being available to answer all the questions.

What I like most about Continually software is to be able to integrate real-time bots that can interact with visitors in multiple time zones, My company has tripled its monthly sales in the US markets.

**What do you dislike about Continually?**

Never before have you seen such complete software without errors, it eliminates live chat from your company's website and integrates real-time bots is the solution.

**Recommendations to others considering Continually:**

We highly recommend this product to other companies interested in having excellent conversations.

**What problems is Continually solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By having software that can fit what a visitor is looking for, I am talking with fewer people, I have more free time and I make more sales. My website now asks visitors "how is your day", can make them laugh, and can allow them to book on a call. All this is tailored to how the user interacts with the bot.

we are a software startup and new biz is the lifeblood of our business.  We reviewed lots of chatbots and Continually is the best we found. We particularly like that it handles a chatbot, meeting booking, and live chat all in one app. Highly recommended!
