Contestohoy Reviews & Product Details

Contestohoy is customer messaging software for small businesses in Chile that sell and serve customers through chat. Your customers write to you on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google reviews. Contestohoy answers, books appointments and collects payments, so the owner doesn't have to reply to every message by hand. Answer: Contestohoy brings WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages and Google reviews into one inbox and replies in your business's own tone and words. It learns from your website and your product catalog to answer questions about prices, opening hours, services and products. You decide how it works: review every reply before it is sent, or let it run automatically, channel by channel. If it doesn't know something, it tells you instead of making up prices or schedules. Book: Contestohoy offers your real free time slots from Google Calendar and books appointments directly in the chat. The day before each appointment it sends a WhatsApp reminder to reduce no-shows, and after the visit it can ask the customer for a Google review. Reminders don't use tokens. Get paid: Contestohoy sends MercadoPago payment links inside the conversation, for full payments, deposits to secure a booking, or product orders with pickup or delivery. The money goes straight to your own account, and you simply see "Paid" in the chat. Built for small business owners: most micro-businesses in Chile are run by one person who serves customers, does the work and answers messages at the same time. Contestohoy is designed for them, not for technical teams. Setup takes three steps and no technical skills: connect your channels, tell it about your business, and choose what it answers on its own and what you review first. Who uses it: service businesses that take appointments, shops that sell through Instagram and WhatsApp, local stores and independent professionals. Pricing is in Chilean pesos with all features included in every plan. You can start free with 50 tokens and no credit card required.
