Contentoo Reviews & Product Details

Enterprise marketing teams don't have a content shortage. They have a process problem — and Contentoo is built to fix it. Contentoo orchestrates the end-to-end content workflow for mid-to-enterprise marketing teams, deploying AI agents and human experts to handle everything between brief and publication. AI agents manage the heavy lifting: drafting, consistency checks, localisation, and routing. Human experts handle brand voice, creative judgement, and strategic nuance. You stay in the approval seat — not the production one. Unlike agencies that require constant oversight, tools that require someone to operate them, or freelancer platforms that still leave you managing people, Contentoo owns the workflow. One brief in. Approved content out. Trusted by marketing teams across Europe for content production at scale — across formats, languages, and channels — without the coordination overhead.

"Great content creation"

5/5

What do you like best about Contentoo?

Contentoo provides a great selection of talented content writers in many fields of interest. The writers have professional knowledge and insight and are proactive in thinking along to improve content for our customers. We curated a team of fixed writers that are specialised in our industry. That way we built a sustainable relationship with our writers, meaning they really understand our brand values and writing style. Besides that, the account managers are genuinely interested in our brand and helpful in providing the needed content whenever possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contentoo?

It's an online service which sometimes feels a bit less personal. But that's due to covid19 as well of course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks!
