We're able to scale-up the content creation process by having an article created in English and afterwards, again with Contentoo, have it translated to any desired languages. Next to that, Contentoo is quite flexible in helping us to set up the best way of working. **What do you dislike about Contentoo?** The platform itself is quite basic and if you want to get extra features they have to start building it. Via their platform, you can request content creation, but also translation and localization of different types of content ranging from press releases to complete whitepapers. What I like is that the platform is quite flexible and you can select different authors depending on your assignment. This is great as after collaborating with them for a while, you might prefer one author over another because they are more experiences with your brand. Next to that I like how flexible the Contentoo team is, as they try to look for new authors and features if you feel something is missing. **What do you dislike about Contentoo?** For recurring clients I think it would be great if you guys could offer quarterly brainstorms on topics and content creation as part of the agreement, as this will help to improve the collaboration on the long term. Although experienced designers and copywriters work there. It always takes some time before they have enough knowledge of the organisation to immediately understand what you need. The writers have professional knowledge and insight and are proactive in thinking along to improve content for our customers. We curated a team of fixed writers that are specialised in our industry. That way we built a sustainable relationship with out writers, meaning they really understand our brand values and writing style. Besides that the account managers are genuinely interested in our brand and helpful in providing the needed content whenever possible. **What do you dislike about Contentoo?** It's an online service which sometimes feels a bit less personal. But that's due to covid19 as well of course. **What problems is Contentoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since my team doesn't have enough time and people on their hands we like to outsource content creation for blogs, other website content and magazine articles at Contentoo.
