What I like best about Shared Contacts for Gmail is that it allows for organizations to share contacts from within. For example, if there is a client that you deal with, but others might need to know their contact information you just add them to the group and can share with ease. You can create multiple different groups as well where you can share data from within. For example, if your team only deals with a specific client, you can just have a group for your team where you add contacts to share with one another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about Shared Contacts for Gmail is that there is sometimes a lag. If you want to share a contact, it may take 5-10 minutes for the system to update. Unfortunately, this takes time out of the day that could have been used in other productive ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Gmail is easy to sign up for. It is easy to access through Google portal. It is easy to recognize when giving your "gmail.com" address to contacts. The ease ends there!
