Consult RevOps Reviews & Provider Details

Consult RevOps is a fractional revenue operations practice for B2B SaaS companies between Series A and Series D. We come in before a full-time RevOps hire makes sense, or alongside a team that has outgrown its current systems. Most revenue problems get diagnosed as sales problems. They usually aren't. The forecast misses because pipeline data was never trustworthy. Marketing and sales argue about attribution because nobody documented what counts as sourced. The board asks a follow-up question and three systems give three different answers. We fix the architecture underneath the revenue engine. What we do Reporting architecture. Documented metric definitions, clean data flows, and board-ready reporting that stays consistent cycle over cycle. Forecast and pipeline integrity. Stage definitions that mean the same thing to every rep, hygiene standards that hold, and forecast categories a CRO can defend. GTM alignment. Lead source and multi-touch attribution, lifecycle stage design, and handoff processes that marketing, sales, and CS actually agree on. Compensation and quota design. Stage-calibrated comp plans with role-specific OTE and quota ratios, built in partnership with finance. AI governance for revenue teams. As AI touches forecasting, scoring, and outbound, most companies have no documented definitions underneath it and no plan for when it produces a wrong output. We build the semantic layer, the monitoring, and the disclosure practices that make AI outputs defensible. Results A 34% increase in qualified sales accepted opportunities in four months for a growth-stage SaaS client, by rebuilding pipeline integrity and engineering a Clay-based outbound system. A 32% ARR increase at a prior company through revenue growth initiatives and reporting overhaul. A full HubSpot migration consolidating 80+ forms to 12 with tracking that survived the transition. How we work Engagements are scoped, not open-ended. Audit first, then a prioritized build. You get documentation your team can maintain after we're gone.
