ConstructionPayroll.com Reviews & Product Details

Back-office management simplified for commercial trade contractors. Backed by 35 years of industry expertise, ConstructionPayroll.com is a specialized, cloud-based payroll platform engineered specifically for the construction industry. Our service is built to handle the unique challenges of multi-state and multi-rate payroll for general contractors, roofers, plumbers, electricians, HVAC professionals, home builders, and more. Unlike general payroll systems, our solution natively handles certified payroll reporting (including federal WH-347 forms and direct export files for LCPtracker) alongside prevailing wage logic. To ensure compliance, our system automatically tracks state reciprocity agreements and calculates taxes based on the GPS location of the job site, the business address, or the employee's home address. We provide automated NCCI workers' comp class code mapping, union reporting, and job-costing breakdowns to protect project margins and keep your business audit-ready. To eliminate double data entry, we seamlessly connect field time collection directly to your accounting and time-tracking software. We offer a direct API with QuickBooks Online and integrate with platforms like ExakTime, Procore, BuildOps, Busybusy, mJobTime, and Sage. For compensation, we support flexible payment methods including direct deposit, printed checks, and pay cards. Supported by a top-rated, construction-specific customer service team and our CP Life Services offering, we operate strictly on a no-contract basis. We also provide a no-obligation guarantee, allowing you to verify time entries and tax calculations before processing your first live payroll. ConstructionPayroll.com is the purpose-built solution that lets you focus on construction, not administration.
