ConnectSMART integrates well with ConnectWise products. Before other similar products entered the marketplace, ConnectSMART offered what my company was looking for in a gauge/gadget product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ConnectSMART is not as easy to use and intuitive as other, newer products. My company switched to a competing product that offered a much easier to use interface and a web-based front end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
