The best aspect I like about this Confrere platform is its simplicity and how secure it makes professional video consultations. Our clients can join directly from the browser, even without downloading this application, which helps us greatly by removing the friction and saving time. This platform is also very clean in regard to UI, and its design is intuitive and very reliable, especially for one-to-one meetings, where confidentiality matters. This platform supports us by securing healthcare-oriented use cases with GDPR level compliance, and local hosting options are also very effective.

This platform is strong for simple consultation, but it is also feeling a bit limited if someone wants a full webinar or advanced collaboration tools. This platform provides features like larger meetings, deeper customisations, advanced integration or even enterprise-level workflows, which requires higher plan or a broader as other bigger video platforms. Most of the high-level features of this platform are hidden behind the large tier plans. And their integration ecosystem should be widened compared to the other similar platforms in this space. Pricing should be worked on further as per the other competitors out there.

This platform helps us by solving the problem of hosting and conducting secure remote consultations without making clients install software or create complicated accounts. This platform also makes online meetings easier, faster and way more professional, specifically for our consultants, when we give importance to our privacy and reliability, overall performance is very effective as well.
