ConfigQuote Reviews & Product Details

Build an Automatic Quote Store ConfigQuote turns your product catalog into a quote-first online store. Customers get accurate quotes automatically - without email chains, spreadsheets, or manual pricing - then accept and pay. Your store quotes, not just displays products. Many businesses selling configurable or made-to-order products still handle quotes manually. Customers email or submit a form, then wait for someone to calculate options, quantities, shipping, tax, and approvals. That delay creates back-and-forth, lost deals, and hours of repetitive work. ConfigQuote solves this by adding a quote-first buying flow to a new store or an existing WooCommerce or Shopify store. Customers can configure products with options such as size, material, colour, quantity, and add-ons. ConfigQuote applies the merchant’s product rules and pricing logic in real time, then creates a clear quote with line items, shipping, tax, and the final total. Customers can download a branded PDF, accept the quote, and convert it into an order without waiting days for an email reply. Merchants stay in control. They define products, options, prices, discounts, shipping rules, approval limits, and quote templates. AI helps customers find suitable products, ask clarifying questions, and prepare quotes - but it does not invent prices. Larger or unusual requests can be routed to the merchant for review before a quote is sent. Key capabilities include: - Rule-based product configurators with conditional logic - Real-time pricing based on the merchant’s catalogue and rules - Instant branded quotes and optional PDF downloads - “Add to quote” for combining multiple products into one request - Quote pipelines, approval workflows, and customer follow-up tools - WooCommerce and Shopify integrations - AI tools to build or improve configurators from plain-language descriptions - Agent integrations with ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Copilot Studio, and Gemini through MCP - Official OpenAI plugin to manage all ConfigQuote is designed for manufacturers, equipment suppliers, wholesalers, furniture makers, print and signage companies, packaging suppliers, and other businesses where a quote is often the first step in a sale. The goal is simple: give customers faster answers, reduce manual quoting work, and turn more enquiries into orders.
