Confermo App Reviews & Product Details

Confermo App is appointment scheduling software that automates clinic operations via WhatsApp-based conversations. Using AI and the WhatsApp Business API, patients can book, reschedule, and cancel appointments without downloading extra apps. The system processes natural language Italian to understand patient intent, check physician availability, and propose time slots. Automated reminders are sent at customizable intervals, with default settings at 24 hours and one hour before appointments. Patients confirm or cancel appointments through simple chat responses, and freed slots are offered to waiting list patients. Rescheduling is managed conversationally by AI. The platform integrates with Google Calendar for automatic synchronization, supporting multi-physician clinics with centralized schedule management. GDPR compliance ensures minimal data collection and explicit consent. Post-visit reviews and recall messages prompt feedback and follow-ups, enhancing patient engagement.
