### 1. Reliable and Convenient for Remote Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guruprasad S. | Senior Corporate Trainer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Conference Calling?**

I appreciate how Conference Calling provides ease and convenience for connecting with people from anywhere, which makes collaboration smooth. The ability to bring multiple participants together in one call enhances productivity and supports effective teamwork, especially in remote or hybrid environments. I value the reliability of connecting multiple participants on a single call, and the ease of joining from different devices and locations makes it simple and reliable. The clear audio quality and call controls help keep discussions organized and focused. I also liked that the initial setup was quite easy, integration with existing tools like email and calendars made scheduling and joining meetings simple.

**What do you dislike about Conference Calling?**

At times, conference calling can be affected by connectivity or audio quality issues, especially when participants are joining from different networks or locations. Managing large calls can also be challenging, as background noise or overlapping conversations may reduce clarity. Improvements in audio stability, call controls, and features that help manage participant interactions more smoothly would make the overall experience even better.

**What problems is Conference Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Conference Calling for remote meetings, which solves the problem of coordinating across locations and time zones. It eliminates travel, speeds up communication, ensures alignment with real-time discussions, and supports effective teamwork.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karthik K K. | Young Professional R&D, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Conference Calling?**

It is very convenient to use and works really well for calls with multiple people. It’s simple to get started, and it’s easy to invite others to join a chat. I also like that it stays straightforward for people who aren’t very into tech or who have less knowledge about technology. Overall, it’s great for group calls, has useful text features, and offers simple, usable shortcuts during calls.

**What do you dislike about Conference Calling?**

Not many people seem to use this—mostly those who work in offices and similar settings. It might have some audio/video drops if there’s a sudden internet downtime, and I think an offline version would help. But overall, it’s good.

**What problems is Conference Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We often have to make multiple calls with different individuals, sometimes more than once, but this helps solve that because the entire team can join together and share their inputs in one place. It’s easy to use and quick to get started with, even for a first-time user. Longer calls can be summarized into shorter notes as needed, and it also offers advance slot booking so we can keep track of all the important items with reminders.
