"Convenient for Group Calls, Though Adoption and Connectivity Can Be a Challenge"
What do you like best about Conference Calling?

It is very convenient to use and works really well for calls with multiple people. It’s simple to get started, and it’s easy to invite others to join a chat. I also like that it stays straightforward for people who aren’t very into tech or who have less knowledge about technology. Overall, it’s great for group calls, has useful text features, and offers simple, usable shortcuts during calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conference Calling?

Not many people seem to use this—mostly those who work in offices and similar settings. It might have some audio/video drops if there’s a sudden internet downtime, and I think an offline version would help. But overall, it’s good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy setup, despite video interruptions"
What do you like best about Conference Calling?

I like the feature of making audio and video calls with more than one person at a time using Conference Calling, as it avoids the hassle of having separate conversations and saves time. I also like its audio and video quality. Additionally, setting it up is very easy and its tools are easy to understand. Even those who do not have much technical knowledge can use it easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conference Calling?

During conference calling, the video often pauses and the audio stops, which can be improved. Everything else is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent audio-video quality, sometimes minor flaws"
What do you like best about Conference Calling?

I use Conference Calling to make audio and video calls. Its audio and video quality is excellent, ensuring no issues during meetings. By connecting all clients at once, it saves time and energy. With the help of its audio and video tools, I can talk face-to-face with my clients, see and hear them, which provides me with a lot of convenience. Whenever I want, I can listen to and see the clients. Neither I nor my team faced any issues with its setup. Anyone can easily use it, and its tools are very easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conference Calling?

Overall, everything is very good, but sometimes the audio quality becomes a bit poor. When the voice breaks, it is not heard clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexibility and Ease with Minor Challenges"
What do you like best about Conference Calling?

I like the flexibility of Conference Calling to quickly bring the right people together from anywhere, saving time because meetings can be scheduled quickly. It's easy to collaborate with features like screen sharing, whiteboards, and chat, which make remote sessions feel more like being in the same room. These features reduce friction in communication and getting work done. The setup was straightforward and smooth, and overall, I find it strong, flexible, cheap, and good enough for most coordination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conference Calling?

Some aspects of Conference Calling are weaker, like the lack of non-verbal cues. It's harder to read intent without body language or facial expressions, so sarcasm, disagreement, or hesitation can be misread, especially on audio-only calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Conference Calling?

I like Conference Calling because of its speed, alignment, and ease, which remove friction and let the conversation be the forefront of the calls. The minimal setup is a big plus, and I appreciate that there are no cameras, which allows for instant access and spontaneity while putting less focus on the guests. The setup is very easy, and these aspects together make Conference Calling valuable for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conference Calling?

I don't like the lack of visual cues and people talking over each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Meetings, Minor Call Stability Issues"
What do you like best about Conference Calling?

I find Conference Calling very handy when it's tough to get several parties together due to schedules. I like the merging calls feature, which allows me to have several important clients with various points at one time. It's also great that I can call someone who wasn’t originally invited to the meeting and merge them into our conversation to ask questions. Hearing clients and staff clearly from anywhere is something I really appreciate. The initial setup was smooth and we had no issues whatsoever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conference Calling?

Sometimes I get kicked off the call, which can be very inconvenient, especially in the middle of a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Collaboration That Transforms Team Meetings"
What do you like best about Conference Calling?

This tool allows for real-time collaboration and sharing, including features like screen sharing, document and photo sharing, chat, and at times, live collaboration on documents or whiteboards. As a result, discussions are much more engaging and productive compared to a basic phone call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conference Calling?

Meetings are highly dependent on a stable internet connection, so in areas or during times when bandwidth is low or unreliable, video calls may stutter, freeze, drop altogether, or suffer from distorted audio and video. This disrupts communication and leads to wasted time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
