**What do you like best about C1?**

The real strength behind ConductorOne is the ability to leverage its workflows against, at first glance, many disparate SaaS systems which may not have cohesive workflows out of the box. The ease of setting up these integrations is bolstered by comprehensive guidance from their customer success team, in our case, led by Mallory Surpless. Her proactive nature has been a great asset in our implementation process and she is always quick to respond to any inquiries.

I have also found the Slack integration that allows users to request access to tools to be very accesable and easy to use for our end users.

**What do you dislike about C1?**

I have not found any particular issues with ConductorOne as of yet.

**What problems is C1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For IT-ops, ConductorOne is helping us consolidate our application provisioning process.

**What do you like best about C1?**

What sets ConductorOne apart is their ability to balance security with accessibility. The platform incorporates multi-level configurable approval policies to ensure the right people make access decisions based on the resource itself. Yet, it does so without sacrificing user experience, providing a frictionless process that encourages compliance. Automating the end to end process from submission, approval and provisioning has significantly reduced our workload and a total game changer across the whole org. When we were doing this manually it was taking hours of our day now it takes a matter of minutes. This not only improves efficiency but also minimizes the risk of errors associated with manual intervention.

There is nohting as of now. We are working to add more apps.

**What do you like best about C1?**

Going into implementation with ConductorOne, we set aside a full 3-4 weeks to work on setup. Once we got started, it was easier than we anticipated. We got our applications connected within the first week, setup our policies, and started running reviews in under a month. Any questions we had, the support team was quick to jump on calls and help unblock us. Really enjoyed working with  Conductor One reps in our Slack channel - super easy support throughout!

**What do you like best about C1?**

We purchased ConductorOne to automate fulfilling identity audit requirements and really take away the need to manage thousands of user access reviews manually with spreadsheets. The biggest headache we had before ConductorOne was getting accurate data from our in scope applications and ensuring the right procedures were followed for approving/denying access. We found with ConductorOne that setting up our integrations and approval policies was quick and gave us the configurability we needed to run campaigns.

We went from having multiple people spend hundreds of hours on preparation to now only having one person complete the process in under a day. 

One of the most important components to us after doing our first few campaigns was to automate the revocations. We've set this up in the platform so that when someone is denied access we now revoke their access automatically instead of someone going into the application and manually performing the action. Very happy with how automated and easy the program is now end to end.

The ConductorOne team has gone out of their way to be accessible through email and slack ensuring that our questions and concerns are address quickly and completely.

We’d like to see the ability to modify access on reviews vs removing from the profile/resource

**What do you like best about C1?**

We integrated ConductorOne into our security infrastructure seven months ago, and the impact on access management and end-users has been fantastic. It’s a super comprehensive solution that’s revolutionized the way we approach user access reviews, providing a level of automation and insight that streamlined our processes and enhanced overall security. 
Customer Support has been great! Very responsive and great to work with. (Having been in a CS role, I appreciate the level of detail and that I feel like they actually care!!!)
Overall ConductorOne has proven to be an invaluable addition to our cybersecurity toolkit, enforcing the principle of least privilege has never been more straightforward. Its automation capabilities, combined with insightful risk analysis, have not only enhanced our security posture but have also saved us a ton of time and resources. If you're looking to improve your access management strategy, ConductorOne is absolutely worth considering.

**What do you like best about C1?**

ConductorOne has made my fantasies of what Governance Management should look like a reality.

The platform's user-friendly design allows us to consolidate all access requests into a single, streamlined system, eliminating the mess of this process smeared between emails, Jira tickets, and Slack messages. 
The ease of use is unrivalled, making it an everyday tool for our company.

The implementation of ConductorOne was supr straightforward. Now we  manage every aspect of the process, from access requests to license management and local machine privilege elevation, without any hiccups. 
This comprehensive control, paired with ConductorOne's seamless integration with our existing Identity Provider (IdP), made the integration smooth and hassle-free.

I fall in love with their customer support. The support team's responsiveness and expertise are unparalleled, consistently providing us with insightful solutions and support whenever needed.

They have Terraform provider and API, which simplifies the management process and allows us to implement the missing functionality in-house.

Personally love this product, if I need to compare them to anyone else, Tailscale and Hashicorp come to mind.

**What do you dislike about C1?**

Nothing, we have been using the product for almost a year, during this time, it has implemented almost all of our wishes. And those that remain will be implemented in the near future.

- license management (no need to keep records in a separate product, once the request is approved, the user is added to the right group in our IdP)
- privilege management (now a user can request a local administrator for a short period of time, after which access will be automatically revoked)

  ### 7. Identity Management Made Easy

**What do you like best about C1?**

When it comes to managing employee identities, C1 is our one stop shop.  We were able to fully implement C1 and have full adoption in under one week.  Excellent documentation and a super helpful support team was a large part of the ease of set up.  ConductorOne was there when we needed help, and gave us space when it was appropriate.  

Once we had it off the ground, we found that C1 has an intuitive interface that is simple to learn.  It's highly customizable when it comes to builiding policies and setting up campaigns.  It was so easy in fact, that on our first access review campaign (which used to take us 2 full weeks) we were completely finished within 24 hours --- and that's without giving our reviewers any instruction at all.  Talk about a high return on investment.

The slack integration gives all users easy access - whether requesting, approving, or denying access on the fly.  Our employees are using C1 on at least a weekly (if not daily) basis, and have highlighted their great experience.  

From an admin standpoint, we use C1 as our source or truth for all things identity.  No more spreadsheets, jira tickets, slack messages, forgotten emails, etc.  We recently went through a compliance audit and were able to provide click-button audit-ready reports that even the most stringent auditors loved -- a happy auditor is a helpful auditor.

The most responsive and attentive support team I have ever worked with.  They are always available and provide helpful insights, and our willing to work with our team to brainstorm solutions or help build targeted approaches to specific use cases.

**What do you dislike about C1?**

Nothing so far, smooth sailing!  I'll update the review if anything changes.

**What problems is C1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

C1 allows us to automate quarterly and ad hoc access reviews with just a few clicks and easily allows our employees to request access to resources they need, for only how long they actually need it, so that we don't wind up overpaying for resources that were only needed temporarily.  C1 solves this in a way that is easily adoptable by our employees.

**What do you like best about C1?**

ConductorOne has a fantastic focus on streamlining and automating the access review and access requesting process. Beyond all the positive things I could say, I was most impressed with the quality of development. We have used other vendors, and the level of troubleshooting for items within our environment was very problematic. ConductorOne knows how their product will interact with all their customer's different environment. Even in cases where their product lacked a requirement we had, they did not hesitate to build that out as a feature request in a very timely manner. The partnership is very symbiotic.

**What do you dislike about C1?**

The main thing is the more connectors they have the more value you get out of the product. Their current lineup is effective but having the product reach into our entire environment would be super helpful.

**What do you like best about C1?**

Our main motivation for acquiring Conductor One was to provide support in the revamping of outdated user access request and approval procedures.
User access review was one of the things we were having trouble with correctly executing, but Conductorone made the process effortlessly.
When combined, these have significantly decreased the threats that arise from users who are not properly provisioned, offering us to a higher degree of regulatory compliance.
Was quite simple to integrate with our vendor list and implement. One of the product's main selling points was the possibility to import our own applications.

Nothing as of yet; things are going smoothly!  eagerly anticipate further integrations. I'll update the review if anything changes.

**What do you like best about C1?**

What sticks out most for us is the ROI when implementing ConductorOne. We're a mid-sized company with a number of critical systems and applications that require frequent user access reviews. ConductorOne has really saved us time in preparation and has made it a breeze for our reviewers as well! Before using C1, we spent a majority of each quarter planning and prepping for our UARs. Now with C1, the preparation is automated and with the hit of a button our Campaigns are scoped and sent to reviewers. C1 has provided us the flexibility to easily scope different resources and/or reviewers as needed which allows us to gain comfort that our environment is securely monitored as we continue to scale.

Working with C1 Tech Eng & Support has been fantastic. Communication with the team is easy and simple with Slack and quick calls. They are always fast to respond and resolve any issues that arise.

**What do you like best about C1?**

ConductorOne has made the Identity management lifecycle super simple. Implementation was super simple and we got up and running in a few days. User provisioning and access has been so simple with the great OKTA integrations (Best in the market). We love the access review module and have connected most applications in our tech stack and are able to make the reviews as close to frictionless as possible and much quicker. ConductorOne has shown a huge ROI at both companies I have implemented it at (Administration of user access reviews in a few hours, reviews completed in minutes, and access changes done instantly) and I highly recommend it to all!

The integration library was not 100% covering our tech stack but the team has been quick to partner with other vendors upon request to build intigrations and has gotten us to over 90% within 6 months.
