## Concourse Reviews
 ### 1. Revolutionizing CFO Operations with Powerful AI Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yousuf K. | Head of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Concourse?**

Concourse removes the need for an entry level analyst and provides better + faster insights than an entry level person. They are moving towards deeper level insights so I am excited about their growth.

Concourse goes well beyond being a simple reporting tool; it acts as a real-time, strategic financial partner, driven by sophisticated AI Agents. For the Office of the CFO, the main challenge is not merely accessing data, but rapidly converting it into actionable insights. Concourse stands out in this regard, integrating seamlessly with our financial systems—including ERP and payroll—and allowing my team to generate presentation-ready variance analyses, liquidity forecasts, and scenario models within minutes instead of days.

The platform’s capacity to interpret complex financial data using natural language queries is groundbreaking, significantly enhancing both speed and accessibility. Tasks that previously took the FP&A team days—such as preparing board deck summaries or performing detailed flux analyses—are now completed instantly, complete with narrative explanations. This is a true example of financial leverage.

I use Concourse every day, and found the implementation and integration process to be impressively simple, requiring only about five minutes to be fully operational.

**What do you dislike about Concourse?**

No code templates is a feature they should consider in the future.

One important area with potential for future improvement is the expansion of pre-built, no-code template galleries specifically designed for specialized finance functions, such as advanced treasury management or complex international tax compliance. While the AI Agents are impressively flexible and can be directed to handle these sophisticated tasks, a broader library of ready-made executive dashboards and advanced financial models would enable new enterprise customers to realize value even faster. The support team is very responsive to custom needs, but having a greater range of scalable, templated solutions would always be advantageous.

**What problems is Concourse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem Solved: The Finance Bottleneck and Fragile Forecasting

Traditional finance operations are often hindered by what’s known as the "three-day problem"—three days to collect data, another three to analyze it, and three more to prepare the findings. By the time the results are ready, the information is already outdated. Concourse has completely removed this bottleneck for us.

How it Benefits Us:

Significant Time Savings and Strategic Focus: Our FP&A team has reclaimed around 200 hours each month that were previously lost to manual reconciliation, spreadsheet management, and report generation. We now use this time for higher-value strategic activities, such as optimizing costs, planning capital allocation, and providing deeper business partnership to our operational leaders.

Continuous Close and Audit Readiness: The AI agents continuously monitor our transaction feeds, flagging anomalies, suggesting corrections for vendor or GL tags, and automatically compiling transaction-level documentation to explain variances. This has transformed the audit process from a stressful, periodic ordeal into a seamless, ongoing compliance routine.

Greater Confidence in Decision-Making: We can now run what-if scenarios—such as evaluating the cash impact of postponing our Q3 hiring plan—instantly, using up-to-date actuals. This has significantly improved the accuracy and confidence of our liquidity management and strategic planning. Concourse has become our single source of truth, empowering the CFO to move beyond retrospective reporting and take a proactive role in shaping the company’s future.

 ### 2. Centralized Finance Insights with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laduram V. | Founder & CEO , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Concourse?**

I like using Concourse because it unifies all the finance data into one place and offers a unified dashboard. The natural language feature makes it easy to chat with data and gain insights without needing SQL. I appreciate the automated reporting and AI-driven analysis. The initial setup was very easy, and they have all the integrations we need. I also use Concourse alongside QuickBooks, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about Concourse?**

They have all the integration what we need, they might need to add more for other startup.

**What problems is Concourse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concourse consolidates scattered finance data, making revenue, billing, and sales info easily checkable. I value its natural language interface for chatting with data, automatic reporting, and AI-driven insights without needing SQL.

 ### 3. Effortless Automation and Insightful Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tianna T.

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Concourse?**

Concourse significantly improves our month-end and fluctuation reporting, streamlining the entire process. It's incredibly beneficial to be able to pull insights directly from NetSuite and Ramp simultaneously, enabling us to build robust analyses and enhancing our decision-making capabilities. This feature has proven essential for our direct cash flow reporting and vendor expense analyses on a month-to-month basis. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup of Concourse was, making the transition smooth and hassle-free. Overall, Concourse provides seamless integration with our primary tech stack tools and fits perfectly into our daily workflow.

**What do you dislike about Concourse?**

The refresh time in Concourse is slightly lagging, and I would love to see it be quicker. Additionally, we look forward to an integration with Rippling.

**What problems is Concourse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The initial solve was Concourses' ability to automate our monthly and quarterly fluctuation reporting, allowing the team to have more time for analysis and action planning vs compiling and formatting data. More recently, we have turned to Concourse for our direct cash flow forecast & planning for all inflows and outflows, as well as a first pass at balance sheet rollforwards.

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

I like the simplicity of the UI and how easy it us to use. The main value is the output style of the AI, and the ability to create prompts to kick-start analysis.

At times, a query can take a while to run. I'd prefer if it gave an estimate.
