Concord Cloud Fax Reviews & Product Details

Healthcare fax environments have a way of growing one department at a time. Concord Cloud Fax brings them together in a secure, HIPAA-compliant cloud service connected to clinical and business workflows. Whether an organization is consolidating departmental fax devices, changing cloud fax providers, or replacing on-premises servers, Concord supports the transition while allowing staff to continue using established processes and fax numbers. Staff can send and receive faxes through an EHR, email, web application, and multifunction printers. Integrations and APIs connect fax to clinical and business systems, giving IT one service to manage instead of a collection of machines, accounts, telephony infrastructure, and vendor contracts. With intelligent document processing and AI, Concord can classify incoming referrals, orders, lab results, prior authorizations, and records requests, extract the required fields, and send both the source document and structured data to the appropriate EHR, queue, or downstream application. The receiving system gets both together, reducing the manual sorting, indexing, and rekeying that is often left to intake staff. For 30 years, Concord has helped healthcare organizations keep fax communications moving at scale, processing more than 4 billion pages each year with 99.99% uptime. Its healthcare portfolio is used by 13 of the 25 largest U.S. health systems and three of the five largest U.S. health plans. Customers reach a U.S.-based support team with fax and healthcare expertise in under one minute on average, one reason Concord has a 99% customer retention rate and NPS of 84.
