# Concierly Reviews & Product Details

Concierly is hotel operations software built for independent properties of 10 to 90 rooms — the size that most operations platforms are priced out of reach for. At that scale, housekeeping usually runs on a WhatsApp group, a printed sheet and a radio. It works until someone is off shift, until a room is reported ready twice, or until a GM wants to know what actually happened last Tuesday. The alternatives start around $100 to $200 per month per property and come with an implementation project attached, which is why most 40-room hotels never move. Housekeeping. Rooms are assigned by floor and workload, updated from a phone, and the front desk sees the status change live — no message, no call, no walking the corridor to check. Maintenance. Anything found during a clean becomes a work order with a photo and a priority, assigned to the right person rather than mentioned in a group chat and forgotten. Front office. A live room grid showing status across every department on one screen.
