The support is fantastic, with our rep responding ASAP to any immediate or long-term needs. The newsletters keep you informed on what new features have been released and give you access to new maps that have joined the system so you can get a few for how others are using the software. There are always chances to improve and evolve your map instance! **What do you dislike about Concept3D?** It would be great if some services weren't a-la-carte, but that's pretty comparable to other services I'm sure. **What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to create a virtual visit experience, promote an audio driving tour, share general information about our campus, and expand to show preparations for COVID. **Official Response from Sam Slater:** > Amazingly kind words, thank you! ### 2. There are many ways to customize the map for your personal needs and the team is very responsive to requests and questions! **What do you dislike about Concept3D?** Sometimes the CMS lags when making back-end updates. **Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:** You should have a comprehensive list of landmarks and areas of interest and then try to build your contract around those needs. Do not be afraid to negotiate. Go into this with a firm understanding of the results your would like. You should create a navigation structure prior to implementation. **What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?** Navigating college campus when Google Maps cannot keep up with construction. ### 3. We utilize both the map platform as well as their 360 tour. These have been a vital asset to our admission team during COVID that allow us to provide virtual tours to prospective students. **What do you dislike about Concept3D?** The limit on the number of stops for our 360 tour. We could increase but there’s a cost associated with it. **What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?** Concept3D’s platforms are serving as our means to give tours of our campuses. Without these tours, we’d need to rely on static images.
