**What do you like best about Concept3D?**

Most maps that are 2-D are helpful, but when compared to a 3-D map, it is quite evident as to WHY it is important to use 3-D functionality in mapping when possible.  Most campuses have multi-story buildings, paths between these buildings and allow students/guests to understand the layout much better with this technology.  I am quite a fan!  Not to mention the staff and reps I have worked with from Concept 3D have been helpful and service-oriented!

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

Obviously, in the time of COVID, occupancy is down which (for an auxiliary service)  can make budgets even tighter and a challenge to pay for things that some may seem as "helpful but not needed."

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our campus is on a hill, with many buildings and pathways, and this technology allowed

  ### 7. Concept 3D Review for University Housing

**What do you like best about Concept3D?**

The usability of the map makes navigation so much more seamless and adaptable for the user. The ability to add 'tours' is also a great feature that will make it very seamless for the users to navigate throughout campus whilst using Concept 3D. 

The function to 'show labels' also allows users to have a more in-depth view of the map, without being overwhelmed with building names whilst trying to get there barring’s during navigation.

Tours that can be utilized with the map will also provide great benefit for us moving forward as this will allow us to map out walking tours for our audience when they come to campus. These have also allowed us to problem solve for situations when our ambassador tours are booked out for the day.

Implementation of the map was a little difficult, however, I think this may have been from purchasing partners and not from the concept 3D process.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

The initial staging of the map was rather tricky but I can pinpoint that down to having to map out 31 buildings throughout this project, rather than an allocated space/parking area as other departments had to deal with. As you can imagine, campus housing is an outlier and was always going to be a little tricker than others.

Locating our Housing spaces and identifying where they are locationally on campus when people come to visit. The implementation of walking tours provides a greater idea of the campus and these tours are a great resource for our audience, especially if they do not know how to get around campus.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

A valuable tool to your organization, particularly if you're wanting to showcase maps, ease of locations, and your organization's location.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned above, the tours and labeling aspect of Concept 3D have allowed us to problem solve issues that we didn't previously consider.

**What do you like best about Concept3D?**

The final product view! Our campus build-out looks fantastic!  David our CSM was always helpful and so responsive - he was great to work with on the project. 

We are excited to have the ability to showcase many different areas that we have on our campus so easily. We have created a few customized tours and have utilized the map to showcase special events in a way that we could not do before. 

The ADA functionality of the map was something we were really looking for. We were able to create customized ADA pathways and bus routes on our campus which is a huge benefit for our campus community that we did not have the capability to do at all in our previous map.

We have designed our own custom icons and it was easy to integrate them into the system, as well.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

Some tasks are tedious, and I wish there were better drawing tools for specific functions within the CMS, but overall the learning curve on the product was pretty easy.

It is helpful to have a few people learning the CMS together so that you can troubleshoot as a team. I recommend a team or at least two people be involved in the training as it is a large task gathering all the information needed to input in the CMS and build-out of your map if your campus is large.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

The final product is phenomenal. It is so much more robust than the simple static map we had before. I've received great feedback from our campus community when I preview features within the map. It integrates so well with their different devices, especially mobile when navigating physically on campus. I see us using the map for a wide array of functions, we have already promoted events from within the map via special tours, as well as linking those events to our website pages and emails.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main problems we're solving is much easier wayfinding on our campus. We can pinpoint areas and send direct links to people on and off campus to quickly navigate to and from any campus location. 

One huge benefit is not having to update continuously outdated 'static' campus maps. We can update and change elements on our Concept 3D map much more quickly than we could before with our 'print/PDF' map solution.

It is convenient to link a variety of content types within Concept 3D, whether it's links, images, or videos.

It is a bit challenging to initially figure out how to set a specific map view, but once I learned what to do that was easy enough.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

Concept 3D can help with more than just virtual tours. It is also great for visually showing information such as testimonials from clients, or students in the case of my organization. In particular, my university has found Concept 3D useful in showcasing our different study abroad partnerships and the experiences of those who have studied abroad through our programs. I would definitley recommend Concept 3D to any organization who is wanting to improve visual accessiblility to their business or organization.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Concept 3D, our university didn't have a good way to showcase our campus in a virtual format, which was quite important since we have many students from out of state. Concept 3D has solved this problem well and it has been extremely beneficial even for sharing with international students who are eager to tour our campus. But that is not the only benefit of Concept 3D. This platform has allowed us to consolidate a lot of information that was previously found in many different and most of the time, unrelated, locations. Visitors to our campus can now view where they can park that will be nearby the building they wish to visit and even visually see what the building looks like so they are more easily able to identify where they will need to go.

**What do you like best about Concept3D?**

The tech support is beneficial and appreciated. Concept 3D staff are available more than most other companies I have worked with. There were routine meetings at the beginning of our implementation to ensure that our team was comfortable with the platform before allowing us to continue working on the platform entirely on our own. We loved our bi-weekly meetings.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

The price in USD for Canadian customers is pricey, but there is no other Canadian alternative. It is an excellent option for Canadians; as far as I know, Canadian companies have not yet developed a similar opportunity for institutions. The platform is also best for someone on our team that is comfortable with this type of software. We have only one campus 3d expert on our team; however, we are currently working on training others on our team internally.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

Recommend getting the demo to ensure it is the right product for you. I also recommend testing it out for at least a year and seeing the engagement it brings to your site. Also, try and have as many team members as possible trained to use the platform. I would suggest also taking full advantage of the training meetings that are offered at the start of the implementation process.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can show our campus to students while the physical campus remains closed. Our google analytics show that this is our most lucrative tool for student recruitment. Students spend a very ample amount of time on this section of our website compared to other website pages within our institution. There are ways to show the surrounding area of the university in addition to the campus, which families really appreciate as well. The opportunities to expand the maps are endless.

  ### 11. Robust map and tour platform

**What do you like best about Concept3D?**

I have been using the Concept 3D map platform for a few years now. My team and I are constantly thinking of new content we could develop, new ideas for how and where to deploy maps, and new ways to improve our customers' experience by incorporating Concept 3D's product. The versatility of the maps and tours is unbeatable.

The interface is easy to use, and I have trained a number of my colleagues to use the map, as well.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

It can be challenging to reuse an existing location in different ways for different maps. For example, a building may serve one kind of customer in this particular way, but this other kind of customer in a very different way. I want to offer different descriptions to each, but I want to carry over the pictures, because obviously, those don't change. As it is, I have to add the photos to each iteration of that building or location manually. That can be cumbersome.

I'd also love tools to keep the maps and tours better organized on the back end. As you create more ways to deploy the maps, you end up with, naturally, more maps. The user/admin side of the tool can become cumbersome once you've developed so many maps and tours. Ways to filter or organize them just for administrative organization and efficiency would be helpful.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For events, we are able to provide attendees with a private map showing the entrance, where to park, and where the event will take place. When we are closed for the holidays, security officers can direct visitors to the online map for a fully guided tour of the campus, including the intended path and pictures and video of each location. We can even offer community members things like walking tours, historical tours, tours of the art on campus, tours of the nature trails, etc. This service is highly extendible.

  ### 12. New User of Concept 3D

**What do you like best about Concept3D?**

I like all of the different abilities their product has. You can use their product to fit your brand's style.  When people visit our map page, it looks like our brand and our company. It doesn't look like another third party. It also allows me to be creative and think of different ways to strategize our school for prospective students.

It is nice to have product that can take on so many different strategies. We haven't used it as such, but it nice to know that other schools have tried things and it has worked.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

The downside is that there isn't a video database with tutorials. It's hard to remember all that you can do on Concept 3D because everything is customizable. There are a bunch of written resources on their blog, but it isn't the same as watching someone do it. Or, if you can't figure it out, you have to meet with someone. I don't want to meet with someone for every issue I have.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

I would recommend it if they have the time to invest in it. It is only helpful if you can do the research and make quality content to go with it. 

It's hard to know what will work with a new product. It is a lot of trying different things to see what other people engage with. If your goal is to get more students, you have to see what current students want to know. Do they know the campus? Is it easy for them to figure out where their classes are? It is just things like that that need to be addressed before you can start with Concept 3D.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our maps and tours have never been updated. I just needed help seeing what works for other schools. I am also new to this product. Previous people in my current role did not utilize this software. I want to make this a valuable tool for not just our company but current and prospective students.

Currently, we have no pageviews on Concept 3D. That includes our tours, map, and even our 360 tours. We are paying for our institution to have this product, but we aren't actively doing anything. I want to see what I have learned in my past two tutorials with Jason if I can get us more engagement. I also want to see what it looks like to share the map in more of our marketing pieces.

**What do you like best about Concept3D?**

It has been wonderful to have a 3D map to see what our campus looks like before they even step foot on the grounds. Especially during the pandemic, where students could not tour campus but want to know what it looks like to be at EvCC. They can see just how far one building is from the next, locate where they need to park for their classes, and we love how it is mobile friendly.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

It is hard to track what students search for the most on the map.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

This is a great navigational tool. We did not initially invest in the 360 tour builder, but now I wish we had since we are completely online with our campus right now and it would have been a great way to have campus tours for students who are unable to physically be on our campus during this time. If you have the funds and are able, I highly recommend investing in the 360 tour builder as well. I also recommend participating in their webinars and training as much as possible.

We were solving the issues of students not knowing how to find their classes or even essential services promptly. Concept 3D has helped our students get to where they need more directly.

My favorite aspect of the product is the aesthetic appeal—the clear, clean, realistic depictions of all the landmarks on our campuses. The rendering is immaculate, and I couldn't ask for a better product.

I can't think of anything I dislike about it! It's easy to use and makes my job much more manageable.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

Living, as we do, in the digital age, your company/organization MUST have a map available online, and there is no better way to accomplish that than through Concept 3D.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a clear, helpful campus map available online has been a great benefit to the university and its various constituents. An online map is far more available and accessible than a print map, much easier for our students, prospective students, and their families to "get their hands on." We also utilize Concept 3D renderings on our print maps, and those are available at numerous locations around our campuses, but we live in the digital age, and the Concept 3D model fits perfectly in that milieu.

Concept 3D is so easy to use and navigate. I loved getting to meet with someone 1-on-1 to better understand the needs of my institution and how we could best utilize the tool. The finished design is sharp and also easy for site visitors to navigate and I love that we're able to embed videos, photos, location descriptions, and tons of detail.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

My coworkers and I could definitely benefit from additional training opportunities, webinars, and tutorials. I would love more regular one-on-ones and training opportunities. I think there a lot of areas we could improve our interactive map and make it more personalized, valuable to visitors, and beneficial, but I'm not necessarily sure where to start. It's not necessarily a "dislike" but rather an area of opportunity!

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

I definitely recommend anybody considering Concept 3D meet with somebody one-on-one to discuss how your organization could benefit from it. There are a lot of unique abilities that can be utilized!

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During COVID-19, we haven't been able to have many on-campus tours and visits. We've better utilized Concept 3Ds maps to offer virtual tours and highlight videos, photos, and information about our campus. I've definitely realized that just because folks can't visit our campus, they can still get a fun and informational experience by utilizing our virtual map.

  ### 16. Taking Campus Maps to a New Level

**What do you like best about Concept3D?**

Concept3D allowed us to take a static, old campus map to the next level with a detailed map, custom branding, and a virtual tour component. Everything from the initial presentation to buildout to onboarding/training to launch was smooth and happened in the span of a few weeks.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

There's not much to dislike, other than it would be helpful to have a more detailed timeframe when making updates to a map (i.e. new buildings, name changes, etc.)  after the initial map setup.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have the ability to print custom maps, give directions to specific places on campus, and easily update/remove places on campus. Our map was launched in the early stages of the pandemic and easily allowed prospective families to tour the campus from home.

**What do you like best about Concept3D?**

The 3D artwork  makes it possible to recognize buildings better than any satellite view can. Their attention to detail is very precise.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

The CMS is a bit clunky to use, and it's never clear who has changed what.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

Our Facilities Management office has been creating 3D CAD drawings of our buildings for years, but they weren't showing them to anyone outside their offices. Leveraging those drawings made the transition to Concept3D so much easier.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous map was a Google Map that we had produced overlays for. Their API changed just often enough to make it challenging to manage. Concept3D's map is so much easier to maintain. Even pulling some of the map information from our campus management system hasn't been a problem.

Concept3D is very easy to use, and we appreciate the continuous updates/functionalities for needs that we didn't know that we had.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

I wish it was possible to make one location and then tag it with the correct categories, instead of having to create a location for each category. I also do not like the seasonal overlays to the map. I think they make the map hard to read.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

Look at Concept 3D's client list to get a real feel for all of the features they have to offer.

I wish we had more time to dedicate to utilizing the map to its greatest potential. Right now we are using it for basic features but have been working towards creating interactive tours.

**What do you like best about Concept3D?**

Some of the things I like best about Concept3D are the tour functionality and CMS site for making many updates. It's helpful to be able to make quick updates to our CMS with different categories and also to be able to use the tool as a marketing platform to capture the attention of constituents when they visit our map. We can even direct them to our site.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

Sometimes it's difficult to manage the communication when we need updates to our map that cannot be done in the CMS. It would be nice if all updates could be made within the CMS, and not require us to work with a production team. I also would like the billing process to be more straightforward to know how expensive certain updates would be to the map.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concept3D helps us direct visitors to the place they're looking for on-campus, as well as give prospective students and new students an overview of what we offer on-campus. By using custom categories and the online tour capabilities, we will be able to drive engagement, even when more people might be choosing online visit options in a global pandemic.

**What do you like best about Concept3D?**

Concept 3D is a very intuitive software that creates dynamic, beautiful maps. The software is so easy to use, even someone with little web skills could easily create good-looking maps. Their staff is accommodating and quick to respond to any questions.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

The help section could be a little more robust for newbies. The higher-level maps' pricing is a little out of reach for a nonprofit, but is a gorgeous, beneficial solution.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

Take as many of the free webinars as possible. They were helpful. Keep up with their emails. They offer many video trainings that enhance your map beyond the basic setup.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campus map. We now have a beautiful digital map that we can distribute in multiple channels. We also needed to show specific items on the map for certain events. For example, we would like to create a walking tour of artwork on campus. This solution will help us accomplish this goal.

Small monuments and art features cost extra and that wasn't clear when contracting.

Issues with the accuracy of Google Maps and keeping up with our rapidly growing and changing campus. This will also help our visitors navigate around campus, especially during big events like college game day and commencement.

My favorite part of the map is definitely the 3D image of campus. Such a fun way to view the campus and the accuracy is so spot on that navigation around the campus is wonderful with it.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

I don't have any dislikes about the map/software. I've found it to be user friendly. I think a great addition for the map would be to allow for text overlay.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've found that campus visitors, new students/staff/faculty have been able to navigate to the map and around campus with the help of it. That was our biggest goal with the map. We sometimes still have to tell people about where to find it, but that is on us to communicate that to the departments.

**What do you like best about Concept3D?**

The user interface is pretty intuitive. It was easy to catch on the first few times I was in the back end of our map. And, the ability to plug in YouTube links to showcase video stops is super convenient. I also really like how easy it is to print maps now.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

Some of the settings seem buried. I would also like to see more allowance for 360 images without added costs. I sometimes wish the maps looked more similarly to Google maps since that is so familiar to most people nowadays.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

I highly recommend other colleges and universities consider Concept 3D as a virtual map tool, especially if you're looking to use your map as part of your admissions marketing.

We like the simplicity of the CMS in Concept3D. It allows for easy updating. We use many features such as private maps so certain events and even have a weather map set up in the event of campus flooding.

I wish it would be easier to upload new renderings and we would be able to handle that via self-service.

Our campus is in an urban environment locked by freeways and a bayou. Getting visitors to our campus was a challenge until we made the investment in Concept 3D. An additional benefit is that Localist, our calendar, utilizes Concept3D for locations.

Setting up the initial map was as simple as taking pictures with my cellphone and emailing them to a developer.  Tweaking the map from the initial result was easy and quick.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

To truly customize it and make it "your own" takes a lot more time and effort.  This isn't very clear up front.  There are also many features that end up costing additional $$ that would be really helpful and great, but also very prohibitively expensive.  Current customers don't automatically get upgraded as new features are released.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

While the rollout is rather simple and intuitive, to get the most bang for your buck, make sure you spend some serious time tweaking and making it fit your organization.  This is where we failed - there were so many options that we could have used early on, but we failed to maximize the benefit of the software as a whole, simply because we didn't dedicate the time we needed.

Displaying our campus in an attractive and easy map, while creating opportunities to find more content about specific locations on our campus was a huge challenge for us to do independently.  Concept 3d helped a lot, and we have received additional customers as a result of it.

Concept3D has been a great asset for us to market our campus and make our campus tour available to anyone around the world. Editor was extremely problematic. HTML code was not being read/interpreted correctly. Formatting issues caused us to stop the project.

Sub-map project of our campus didn't work for our mapping type of programs into sites, due to formatting issues. Campus map is still useful.

The Concept3D platform is easy enough to use once you get your footing and if you ever get stuck, their customer service team does a great job of helping you through the process. They show a genuine desire to help you reach our design goals. The map is well designed and easy to use for our desktop and mobile users.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

Certain assets, such as 360 images require contacting the support team to be able to upload which can be a cumbersome process when a tight deadline means moving quickly. I received prompt responses from support but had not anticipated meeting that roadblock when trying to move quickly.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the need for multiple campus users to create their own maps. We are also able to schedule map highlights for special events like commencement and to generate custom URLs that default to display specific information when necessary which is very helpful.

Not much comes to mind.

Internal promotion is a challenge. I wish there were easier ways to show others in our institution how simple it is to update - more hands on deck would allow us to better use the tools provided. But that is simply a hurdle I struggle with time for or other staff doesn't wish to jump.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

For a larger map (university), be sure whomever is planning to be the main admin is prepared for the planning and set up. I would recommend a team of at least two - one for set up/photos/graphics and one for content - at a minimum. 

Many insights and opinions will likely make it a frustrating process. The good news, is the map and 360 tours are both incredibly easy to update!

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping our map up to date. Tours and interactive content seem to be frequently viewed by prospective students. Offsetting the cost of this software with fewer print map purchases.

The 3D rendering of campus is very realistic and an accurate portrayal.  It is also an ADA compliant mapping solution.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

The only downside is that you have to pay a yearly hosting fee to keep the map active.  Other solutions allow you to keep the map active for as long as you need it.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

Look at all of the examples in the client portfolio so you can determine the right design and fit for your company.  There are additional tour options and various layout setups that can be achieved.  If you are looking for a fast implementation on a tight deadline, know that they are able to meet the need.  Another important tip in creating a virtual tour is to make sure you have all your elements (video, photo, information) ready and available as that will make implementation even quicker.

Allowing campus visitors to easily find the locations they are looking for.  Concept 3D provides an interactive map legend that allows for the quick identification of categorized buildings.  

Another major benefit is that you no longer have to rely on print maps to direct visitors.  Users can directly access on their smartphones and find where they need to go.

Call to action buttons can be added to the map for Visit Campus and Apply which helps in getting the attention of potential prospective students.

The map is very easy to set up and understand, and calls for little upkeep. But it really looks and functions well on our site, and can easily be branded to match our look and feel.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

There isn't much that I don't like, actually. I guess I wish their upgrades to 3-D maps weren't so expensive. (We have a 2-D map currently.) But they have to make a buck, like everyone else.

Knowledge of HTML and CSS helps, and if you can make some nice videos to integrate into the product, you'll have something really nice.

Before we had Concept3D, we had no online map other than a PDF. We still offer the PDF as an add-on, integrated with the much more powerful interactive presentation. Our users can search our map for services they want, then find the locations that provide those services ... or see them all at a glance graphically.

As a new user of C3D, the product has been easy to learn and play around with. It's very user-friendly and I like how I can see the changes I make in real time.

With so much flexibility to the program, it would be nice to have some templates that you could use. I understand that each campus is going to be different, but I think it could save some time on the back end.

In a virtual environment, Concept 3D's product will allow my campus to connect with potential students in a new way. I'm excited to incorporate many of the features in emails! We have yet to publish the site for users, but we have heard good feedback that this will be helpful in students' college seach, now more than ever.

**What do you like best about Concept3D?**

The flexibility of the product, there doesn't seem to be anything they can't make happen.  Also, it's a beautiful map.  Very professional looking.  Help is always thorough and quick.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

It's a large pricing commitment and can take longer at times than quoted.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

Plan to make a commitment.  Have a "super user" and have others trained on basic use.  Pricing can get expensive if you're not careful so plan everything.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visual depiction of the space alongside the standard numbers communication.  More people have used this map than our previous one which was unattractive and not terribly user friendly.  Planners want to use the artwork in their websites or printed materials.  The virtual pano's of the meeting space has been hugely successful in allowing a planner to see space visually.

**What do you like best about Concept3D?**

I like that our campus map has custom illustrations for our buildings, making it really personal. I also appreciate the tour stop functionality & video embed, which allows us to connect to our other branded content.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

I do not like the service-oriented nature of managing our map platform. Many tasks have to involve our account rep and a turnaround time instead of being self-service and automated like most consumer web applications. Also, the interface is a bit dated and does not translate well to mobile.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Despite the issues, our campus map tool is a valuable resource for providing critical campus information, and especially useful as a way to communicate virtual tours to our prospective students in the absence of physical tours during the pandemic.

Learning the CMS was easy and easy to remember. Any time I needed help from the contract to customer service, Courtney C. was there to answer every question, every step of the way. I have learned so much in since the implementation of the map.

Concept 3D has exciting features and really listen to was their members have to say. I love the integration of ADA into their maps and I'm excited to see what's coming next.

We are able to use offer Wayfinding tools, building information, hours of operation, etc to visitors. Just signed up for the wayfinding feature. Just learned about ADA integration.

**What do you like best about Concept3D?**

The flexibility of features, affordable add-ons, and quickness of design services have been great benefits. In the midst of COVID-19, we relied on our interactive campus map for virtual tours, 360-degree panos of campus spaces, and the integrated photo/video functionality for locations. Floor layouts and new building renderings have been a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Concept3D?**

We've enjoyed our experience, but with every CMS there are kinks to be ironed out. Overall, we have not encountered problems that have hindered the use of our Concept3D Map.

**Recommendations to others considering Concept3D:**

Develop a detailed plan for your interactive campus map, reaching out to various constituents who may need aspects, to ensure you launch with as much completeness as possible - reducing the need for large-scale changes later on. We have shot our own 360-degree photos and have had Concept3D upload to our map, a cost savings for us.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to provide a PDF map with customization for events. The tour functionality allowed us to quickly build-out new tours when campus tours became an impossibility during the height of COVID-19.

Concept3D was intuitive and easy to use! It was straightforward when making a map and really great with the 3D models.

It can be time consuming for large entities and maps. Sometimes updates can take a little longer to reflect for live users.

If you’re looking for a great and easy mapping service for any type of entity. Concept3D is the way to go. Many features and changes are able to made easily.

**What problems is Concept3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When using Concept3D I was aiding making a live map of the university I was working at and it helped people figure out where buildings or activities were by being updated at any point to reflect that. It has helped many students. It benefits the university and students in many ways because of how easy it is to use and how easy changes could be made.
