The builder is also straightforward to use and doesn’t feel difficult at all, even for someone with no technical experience. On top of that, the analytics are very in-depth and give me a clear view of what’s happening. **What do you dislike about Concep SEND?** My biggest frustration is how limited the A/B testing feels. I can’t properly test different versions of subject lines, body copy, and calls to action in the way I’d like, so I end up making decisions based more on gut instinct than on actual data. For a marketing tool in 2026, that’s a pretty serious gap. Pricing also isn’t very transparent. I had to go through a sales conversation just to find out what it costs, which is frustrating when I’m trying to compare options side by side or put together a realistic budget. **What problems is Concep SEND solving and how is that benefiting you?** Conncep Send helps me send professional emails that don’t come across poorly.
