Comtrak Reviews & Product Details

Comtrak is a digital driver safety training and fleet compliance platform built for UK transport, haulage, and van fleet operators. It replaces paper toolbox talks, declarations, policies and RAMS with a single system that runs the entire compliance cycle automatically. Each month, every driver in the fleet is automatically assigned a toolbox talk — a short piece of safety training delivered as video or document content, followed by a quiz that confirms understanding rather than just "ticking a box." The moment a driver passes, Comtrak issues a verified, QR-code-checkable PDF certificate that can be validated by anyone, at any time, without logging in — ideal for showing an auditor, an insurer, or a customer that training is genuinely up to date. Beyond toolbox talks, Comtrak handles policy sign-offs, RAMS documents, and driver declarations the same way: upload your own content or use the built-in library, set a schedule (monthly, quarterly, or annually), and Comtrak automatically re-issues it to every driver with zero manual admin. Nothing lapses because nobody has to remember to chase it. Fleet managers and transport managers get a real-time compliance dashboard showing exactly who is compliant, who is overdue, and who is at risk, with exportable reports ready for a DVSA or FORS audit at short notice. Onboarding a whole driver list takes minutes via CSV import, and most businesses are fully live within an hour of signing up. Comtrak's content library is aligned to FORS and CLOCS expectations, making it a natural fit for operators working toward or maintaining FORS accreditation, as well as any UK fleet — haulage, construction, waste, or general transport — that needs to prove ongoing driver safety training without drowning in paperwork. Comtrak is built and operated by FleetForward Ltd, a UK company focused on making fleet compliance simple for operators who don't have a large back-office team to manage it manually. Plans start from £4 per driver per month (minimum 7 drivers), with a 7-day free trial.
