Comtev Reviews & Product Details

Comtev is an AI corporate event planning platform for UK event teams. From one brief, the AI searches for venues, suppliers, flights and hotel rooms at the same time, contacts suppliers over WhatsApp, SMS, email and voice, negotiates for better rates and brings every quote back side by side with prices and terms. Flights are priced per named traveller from live fares and hotel room blocks are compared. Everything lands in one live budget with a shareable, frozen cost proposal for sign-off; spending goes to a named approver and nothing is booked or charged until they say yes. Open stakeholder decisions are chased over Slack and email until answered. Guest lists are gathered over Slack and WhatsApp with no app for contributors, and guests check in on the day with a QR pass. Built in the UK and priced in pounds at £250 per event, with Enterprise plans for teams running many events a year. Web, iOS and Android.
