**Describe the project or task ComResource, Inc. helped with:**

They helped us with a Phone System implementation to replace an aging Toshiba phone system.  The system they recommended was less than 50% of the cost of the bigger names and we were skeptical about the price and why.  There was nothing for us to worry about.  The system they recommended is phenomenal!

**What do you like best about ComResource, Inc.?**

Them allowing us to do as little or as much as we wanted.  They were able to assist us at every step and offer everything we needed. They were a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the product.  They promised us various features, and delivered on every one of them.  They have helped with any setup questions we have had, and had an RMA that they were very responsive on with our paging system.

**What do you dislike about ComResource, Inc.?**

There wasn't really anything that I disliked. They delivered a proposal, executed their plan, and made the instllation process seamless to our users.

**Recommendations to others considering ComResource, Inc.:**

Don't be fooled by the price of their package they offer.  It is an exceptional price for what is delivered.  It rivals the bigger names at half the price.  The company is an exception company to work with and I would have no qualms recommending them to anyone.

**What problems is ComResource, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We replaced an aging Toshiba phone system that had reached end of life.  Parts were no longer available for it, other than refurbished, and if the system had an issue, there was a good possibility that it may not be able to be brought back up.  In place of our old system, we received a system that is easily upgraded and one that has more features we needed that were not available in our older system.  The phone system has allowed us to do things that were just not possible with our older system.
