"Could be better"
What do you like best about Computrition?

Can enter dislikes or likes as patients food preferences. But some of its categories is too not specific enough eg. Pepper (is it black pepper or chili pepper). They provide a clear list of discharges or transfers of patients and users are able to delete them after checking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Computrition?

The space for Special /personalized note on food menu ticket is limited. The conditioning offer takes a lot of time to do. For food size or special note there is no build in function that diet technicians can just drag and drop eg. Double meat, double soup Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Could be friendlier"
What do you like best about Computrition?

I like that you can see each of the items offered bur not how you copy meals. I wish you could select separate days to copy to and not just days in a row. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Computrition?

The above, copying meals only works for days in a row and not random or alternating days Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Low Functionality Food Service System"
What do you like best about Computrition?

There is nothing I like about Computrition Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Computrition?

Manual data updates, manual nutrition approval, lack of reporting, minimal ability to export data without having to purchase additional modules, mealtimes cannot overlap and cannot be assigned by day of the week, so having brunch doesn't work since it would overlap existing times for lunch and brunch, the schema system requiring multiple logins to work for multiple locations. I could go on but...you get the idea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Missing crucial features for a hospital food service management program "
What do you like best about Computrition?

The option to copy menus made menu building easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Computrition?

The program lacks crucial features for a high acuity hospital: There is no way of totaling and monitoring fluid restrictions, multiple diet restrictions cause chaos on the trays, and the software’s method for accomodating dislikes and allergies can cause tray tickets to look like someone just listed items at random. The program does not work well for cook-chill systems. Tray tickets have to be reviewed and corrected by the diet clerk frequently due to the software’s lack of algorithm. The company sent staff to help with the implementation for 2 days, but they did very little except observe the chaos the software created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
