Computerized Maintenance Management System Reviews & Product Details

SDPL CMMS is a Computerized Maintenance Management System from Swayatt Drishtigochar Pvt. Ltd. (SDPL), built for industrial maintenance teams. It replaces paper registers, spreadsheets and scattered follow-ups with one structured workflow: Request → Assessment → Planning → Work Order → Execution → Checklist → Closure → Reporting. Core modules: - Asset Management: a central register of equipment with maintenance history - Preventive Maintenance: scheduled PM plans that keep assets available and reliable - Calibration Management: tracks calibration due dates and records - Work Orders: create, assign, carry out and close maintenance jobs, with full traceability - Maintenance Requests: a central request portal where shop-floor teams raise issues - Spare Parts Management: tracks spare inventory used against maintenance work - Maintenance Planning: plans and schedules maintenance work and the people doing it - Digital Checklists: operators and technicians run checklists digitally, and problems they find can become work orders - AI-Assisted Checklist Generation: builds checklists, including safety and Kiken Yochi (KY, hazard-prediction) checklists, from set requirements Reports and Analytics: shows maintenance performance and supports audit readiness - Administration and Access Control: role-based access for users across the plant What sets it apart: Most maintenance software stops at the software. SDPL CMMS comes from an industrial technology company that also builds IoT sensors, edge gateways and machine connectivity (MODBUS, OPC-UA, MQTT, FANUC FOCAS, Siemens S7 and more). That means the CMMS can connect with: - production monitoring - energy monitoring - predictive maintenance - ERP systems Maintenance decisions can then draw on actual machine data, not just manual inputs. Who it's for: Maintenance, engineering and plant heads at: - automotive OEMs and Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers - injection molding and CNC machining companies - aerospace and defense manufacturers - process industries Outcomes it targets: - Less unplanned downtime - Better equipment availability, MTBF (mean time between failures) and MTTR (mean time to repair) - Lower maintenance costs -Digital records that support quality and compliance audits Deployment: You can buy it as standalone CMMS software, or as part of a complete Industry 4.0 deployment with SDPL hardware and machine integration.
