It is easy to get employees (not knowledgeable about GDPR) involved in the system which makes integration of the system fairly easy. It is easy to formalise and standadise processes across a group. It is possible to document all work with GDPR in the system = one-stop solution. ComplyCloud are always willing to to listen to new suggestions to features. Very good for the manufacturing industry. **What do you dislike about ComplyCloud?** More flexibility of downloading documents would be good, as you can only download content in pdf. More features for big groups, where you can link content together and copy relevant material across different companies. Including the UK and Switzerland with their laws could be a nice add-on (not only focusing on GDPR). **What problems is ComplyCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** With ComplyCloud it is possible to work with one system across the group. It is easy to get employees onboard and standardise privacy work in all companies because there are many features to maske use of, like risk assessment and article 30 frameworks. ### 2. The fact that we are prompted about regulatory changes means that we can relax in knowing that we are always compliant by following their automated guidance. The team behind is great and we have always received outstanding support when needed. **What do you dislike about ComplyCloud?** Would be great if it offered more flexibility around the layout of the documents created, but other than that we are very pleased about the service and the platform. **What problems is ComplyCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Without ComplyCloud we would have had to hire a head count to ensure compliance. ComplyCloud ensures that all the required controls and reviews are carried out timely and that our policies reflect the latest standards and regulations. We find ComplyClous very easy to use, and we have rolled it out to our subsidiaries. The team behind ComplyCloud is very knowledgeable and always up to date on the latest best practices and regulations developments. **What do you dislike about ComplyCloud?** No big issues with the tool. It might have worked for someone with the proper knowledge, but we never really got a good onboarding, and the implementation was just them filling out templates. Much of the features that Vanta has it not supported, like automatic testing, and clear progression of different frameworks. When we needed help from the laywer team, which in the sales talks sounded like they were just available and happy to help, they wanted extra payments. Very wrong to call it "fully automating GDPR". Now that we now more about GDPR, it is a thing that needs to be engrained in the company. Not something you can just fully automate. When we tried to get out of the contract, they said we still have 2 years left. I´m able to involve everybody working on the tasks, that be colleagues, suppliers, management and upper-management. I´m sure that dokumentation is align with the newest practise ind both areas. Really friendly and competent service. **What do you dislike about ComplyCloud?** Before NIS2 - there was tasks where you would have to put in the same data more than one time. It helps me keep track of documentation, etc. But I'm also excited about the way the system helps me keep track of personal data, data processors, my procedures for deletion, updating my personal data policies and much more.
