Despite the fact that the contract we signed featured all the components that were crucial to our initial success, as we continue with this process, we will also need to take the risk and compliance module into account in addition to the contract management module. **What do you dislike about ComplianceBridge?** Although the software interface may seem a little antiquated, its dependability is the most important feature. Although the user interface is not intuitive, most of these challenges were only annoyances that needed to be overcome in order to fully utilise the system's capabilities. **What problems is ComplianceBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** ComplianceBridge is extremely efficient in the world of administering and sustaining policies. This perk is more valuable to us than any other. Time savings is the main benefit, as I already stated. Both using and understanding it is quite simple. Thanks to ComplianceBridge, obtaining background information on the relevant ownership/executive employees was simple to do. ### 2. We have actually used this 4x so far for our clients that fit into the niches that their software works with, but for this review I'll refer to the most recent. A MAJOR client for us added to their growing Psychotherapy company and offered telehealth in other states and NY Only based telehealth practice. We had to create those two brands, leaving the former brand totally behind (for sale) and build up a new, clean structured brand. We work with people, processes and technology and this was a perfect start. The pricing is fair and we were able to do it ALL IN ONE PLACE. So, this client can upload their mission statement, bylaws, any forms, hiring and staff info, department info and EVEN keep track of their certifications like HIPAA compliance JHACO etc. **What do you dislike about ComplianceBridge?** It could be more price accessible for smaller and startup clients, but I guess when you're looking for quality, you're paying for quality. The folders are also SLIGHTLY beta for me. I'd love for them to have multiple views and also look more like folder structure you'd find in microsoft or even google drive, along with what they already offer because it's an obvious way of listing and viewing drop downs. **What problems is ComplianceBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Right now, our Healthcare client is growing and when a client grows in telehealth, they're under a microscope for doing things by process, keeping tight on deliverables and requirements for certification and this makes the client feel safe and creates less work and room for error for us all. ### 3. Perfect for policies and procedures. I love the automatic reminders as well and the company has really great customer service! **What do you dislike about ComplianceBridge?** So far, I don't have any cons. The product does everything I need it to do and, like I said, if any problems come up, they are off set by the great customer service. **What problems is ComplianceBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** ComplianceBridge saves lots of time in the policy upkeep and management world. This is the biggest benefit for me. It is very easy to use and intuitive and like I said, biggest benefit is the time saved. ### 6. The support was willing to work with us to help get around the software. **What problems is ComplianceBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** The automation provided by ComplianceBidge saves hundreds of hours of manual work to maintain company policy and procedure compliance. It provides very robust features for admin-level tasks for Audit and Assessment management. ### 7. My favorite feature is the ability to delegate/te-assign tasks to other staff aa needed. **What do you dislike about ComplianceBridge?** The design/UI was a little dated compared to peer/competitor risk assessment suites, but the features more than made up for the asthetics. **What problems is ComplianceBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** When taking on new clients to use our warehouse line, ComplianceBridge made it easy to do due dilligence on the relevant ownership/executive staff. ### 8.
