Although the software interface may seem a little antiquated, its dependability is the most important feature. ComplianceBridge is a GREAT tool. We have actually used this 4x so far for our clients that fit into the niches that their software works with, but for this review I'll refer to the most recent. A MAJOR client for us added to their growing Psychotherapy company and offered telehealth in other states and NY Only based telehealth practice. We had to create those two brands, leaving the former brand totally behind (for sale) and build up a new, clean structured brand. We work with people, processes and technology and this was a perfect start. The pricing is fair and we were able to do it ALL IN ONE PLACE. It could be more price accessible for smaller and startup clients, but I guess when you're looking for quality, you're paying for quality. The folders are also SLIGHTLY beta for me. I'd love for them to have multiple views and also look more like folder structure you'd find in microsoft or even google drive, along with what they already offer because it's an obvious way of listing and viewing drop downs.
