CommonTend Reviews & Product Details

Drop in an anonymized message. CommonTend pairs it with the rule that may apply, drafts a reply in the community's tone, and flags sensitive cases for a moderator. CommonTend gives community moderators a calmer way to handle repeated questions and borderline posts by placing the relevant rule beside a proposed response and escalation choice. Outputs include a category, proposed action, and requires_approval flag per message, a queued route that will not punish in approval without a human, and a seen-id log that skips duplicate message ids.
