Currently, the system creates a separate inventory page for each sales channel such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc. The main challenge is that it is difficult to quickly see which products are available on which channels. Users have to check multiple pages, which takes time. We suggest having a single master inventory page, similar to Browntape OMS. A new column called "Selling Channels" can be added next to the "status column". This column can display the logos of all marketplaces where the product is listed, such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. This would allow users to manage and monitor inventory from one page instead of switching between multiple pages. When a product is opened, detailed channel specific information can be displayed. Integration with OrderStream works well -- orders, inventory, etc. are all timely. The dashboard is helpful and provides the data you need to operate and troubleshoot. Customer support is amazing. You can actually talk to a real person, and they are knowledgable and helpful. They even collaborated me in contacting OrderStream support to resolve an issue. Initially it was a little hard to find some of the information I needed in order to set it up properly, but the support team was incredibly helpful and made onboarding simple. I have been using Commercium By Constacloud for over 2 years, and I love how it centralizes listings, inventory, and orders in one dashboard. The platform integrates seamlessly with marketplaces and updating inventory across different platforms is super easy when a product is sold. Its ease of use is a big plus for me, along with the amazing support via WhatsApp and email. The staff truly understands our requirements. The linking of inventory and orders to selling platforms and shipping services like Royal Mail, Amazon Shipping, and P2G saves us so much time. Without Commercium, we'd need a full-time staff member just to manage stock. I also appreciate the 28-day free trial that allowed us to thoroughly check and set up the software. The support I have received has been second to none. They are always very responsive to any emails I send. They have changed attributes for me that have helped smooth the integration process and have made the whole process of integrating with a new selling platform really streamlined and easy. What problems is Commercium By Constacloud solving and how is that benefiting you? They solved the teething issues of integrating with a new platform very quickly and efficiently. Our website was set up differently to how Commercium expected to receive information and Shipali and the team made changes to the system to ensure our products could be pulled direct from Shopify. When I was struggling with test orders, they took them off my plate and handled them for me. This has all meant a seamless onboarding with our new marketplace and lots of orders are coming through. I like that Commercium By Constacloud is less expensive than other programs I found offering to do the same thing. It also helps by synchronizing the same inventory between platforms, so I don't have to amend both by hand. I specifically value the inventory integration tools because they are the only ones relevant to me. Additionally, the customer support team was very helpful in filling in the gaps and explaining why the mapping I thought was correct was off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Commercium By Constacloud? There is a delay that can feel pretty long for the modern internet, sometimes up to a full hour for a change on Shopify to make it to Poshmark. I found out after the fact that you have to manually keep refreshing the token into Poshmark. It does not natively have anything to alert you to the fact that the program is talking to a closed door. You have to notice when things stop working and hit the refresh. The setup was not very intuitive for English speakers; I fully believe it was mostly a translation issue.
